 Was looking for a decent looking queen bed for my basement to occasionally entertain some guests and I must say I am very happy with this so far. It was very easy to install with the instructions provided. It’s looks sleek and beautiful and at the same time feels very sturdy. It is hard to find all of these things at a reasonable price so would highly recommend this. Got a lot of compliments for this.

While the headboad was some sort of wood, the rest was flimsy composite. Furthermore the slats were of poor quality, very rough and one even appearted to be ready to break in two. Finally, the instructions for assemply were extremely poor and difficult to interpret.We returned it!

Update 2:After asking for a refund from customer service, they requested I try to install replacement parts instead. I took the option, as they agent that helped me was kind and courteous, which really went very far towards fixing this issue. I received the replacement parts 3/5, but it was too late to start work on it, so I installed them today. Installation was as easy as it was the first time, so no problems there. The bedframe felt a little unstable, which may be my imagination because of it breaking the first time. However, I added some no skid pads to all of the feet, which did a ton in mitigating that issue. I truly want to like this bedframe and hope this is the last update I have to post on here, so fingers crossed that it doesn’t collapse anywhere else.Update 1:Its 2/25 as I write this, so I’ve had the bedframe for TEN days. For context, I live alone, am 165lbs and have only used the bed for sleep. I sat down on the bottom edge of the bed today to take off my shoes and felt a significant sag. Before I had time to look under, the entire bottom fell out of the bedframe. AVOID THIS FRAME, ITS CHEAP.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I ordered this February 14th and it arrived next day. It was well packed and protected, which is nice for a wooden product. Putting it together was simple enough on it’s own, though the instructions are a little vague and hard to decipher by picture alone.
