Great for Price
Great product for the price, was easy to assemble, took me about 4 hours alone, so would be much quicker with another person. My biggest complaint is that it ships in two packages, but you are only given tracking info for one package. The two boxes showed up two days apart so when the first one came with a shipping label that said 1 of 1 you could imagine I was a little concerned.Beyond that it is important to note that the stairs are actual on the left hand side of the bunk beds, not the right like pictured.

Customer service
This package was left outside in the rain for a couple days with no delivery notification (FedEx). There was a lot of back and forth, even with pictures and evidence, to get a refund. They even suggested multiple times to hire a carpenter to fix itâ¦. It is particle board and soaked up so much water that it is soft/not sturdy/ and definitely not safe. For such an expensive product, I was expecting a delivery notification and signature.

Lit superposé
Très beau lit pour enfants, un peu dur à installer.

Overall, great bed for grandkids. Set up was easy with only a couple of minor concerns.

This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever wasted my money on!!! First of all, every board is bowed. Second, because of the bowing of the wood, the slats do not reach across the beds. I used slats from a better quality bed instead. The paint is already chipping/cracking just from putting it together. But the most annoying part is that all 4 of the steel connector pins that attach the bunk beds were missing. I paid $40 to replace them so I could finish setting the beds up as my kids need them for school. I would highly suggest purchasing something of a better quality. I would honestly return these if it didn’t pose such an inconvenience as I had already thrown their old beds out and spent hours putting this junk together!!! Buyer beware!!!

UPDATE: I have been trying to work with the company – this Particular model is not safe. I am not keeping this bed and am reporting it for safety concerns. This item did not arrive by the stated delivery date. How they changed that is beyond me. I know b/c we had been waiting for multiple pieces of furniture we ordered at they were all late except two of them. As a matter of fact – this was out for delivery TWICE and didn’t arrive. Now – I had high hopes for this bunk bed. Overall looking at it – it looks great. I was able to put it together by myself. My 10 year old helped with handing me parts and pieces. It is your typical screw with the lock bolt system. After the bunks were together – it was super wobbly. I went back through and tightened all of the bolts down. STILL wobbly. I thought OK – the stairs will help stabilize. The directions for the stairs by the way are terrible. Once the stairs were together the top connector went on fine. Then there are only two other bolts down and underneath the shelf that attach to the rest of the bed – WHICH were not drilled in the correct place! yes I was able to place the bolts in, but they were forward by enough millimeters that i made the stairs go forward and not sit flush against the bunks. then there is another bracket on the back that I thought might help… NOPE. The entire bunk system wobbles back and forth terribly. I am debating on returning the entire thing for this cost. WHICH is super frustrating as my girls agreed on this one with the trundle.
