This bed is good. The delivery guy damaged a little but the customer service was good to sort out the issue.

Beautiful once complete
The bed was beautiful when set up but takes a good 5 hours to put together. The instructions are very small had to take pictures and blow up on the phone to see what letter I should be using. Would be helpful if not only pictures to show how to install but some wording would help. When putting the railings up for the top bunk the screws sent donât hold. Need to find better screw.

Il y a plusieurs marques d’usures sur le lit laissant croire qu’il serait usagé et non neuf (qui était là , avant le montage).Les instructions pour le montage sont difficiles à saisir mais on y arrive avec de la débrouillardise.Par contre, le service après vente (concernant la livraison) est très très bien (rapide, efficace et claire) et le lit est très robuste et solide.

I searched around Amazon and local stores for a while before choosing this bed. It seemed to have good reviews on quality, so I pulled the trigger on the espresso twin over twin. It was packed about like any other DIY assembly furniture. The instructions were clear. It probably took me around an hour and a half or so to assemble. I used a drill as a driver torqued all the way down to speed things up. I expected to need to go buy new thicker slats or at least more of the slats, but I feel like thereâs enough already for my kids bed – time will tell. Iâm not crazy about the fact that all of the screw heads are exposed on all sides, but it seems pretty solid. My wife was able to stand on the ladder without it trying to tip. I considered using the attached anchors to attach it to the wall, but my kids are light and Iâd rather be able to move it around easily. The box it comes in is very heavy, I couldnât even move it on my own without dragging it. You will need a second person when it comes to placing the top bunk on the bottom one, but itâs light and my wife was able to lift it easily. In the pictures we have a 6â mattress on the top and a 12â mattress on the bottom. Biggest complaint is that even if I had a 6â on the bottom there still wouldnât be enough room for an adult to sit up straight on the bed. Overall this is a bit shorter than I anticipated. Its good for avoiding ceiling fans, but I really would have liked another 6-8â of height between the beds. Over all I canât complain. I feel like itâll last enough years for me to get my moneys worth out of it.

Bought this bed as an upgrade from my daughtersâ toddler bed and crib. Bed is really easy to assemble with two people! I got the first half of the bed done and was excited to almost finish and when I started the top bunk portion one of the pieces was the wrong piece so I will have to wait to add the top bunk. I gave three stars for the missing piece I have went through Amazon to request new piece but I will update my review once I get the missing piece and the top bunk done! Would also like to add that the bed feels so much bigger in real life than I remember a twin bed being.Edit: I did get my replacement piece fairly quickly after contacting the seller. I finished building the bed today and my daughters love it. It is a bit wobbly but seems sturdy enough

*update* The seller got back to me as soon as the weekend was over and the rest of my bed came today!! I love it! I bought it for my 3 boys in which 2 of them are not quite old enough to have a top bunk so we choose the separated option for the time being and it works perfectly!! I have not put the twin mattress on yet but I will be doing that soon.I am currently giving a 3 star review until I am able to get in contact with the seller. I purchased the full over full with trundle. It came almost a week earlier than it said but I only received box 1 and not the 2nd that has the headboards, footboard, and slates for the bunk bed portion with a couple other parts. I have contacted the seller after looking at the FedEx tracker and seeing it said I was only ever shipped 1 box. Once that is all settled I will more than likely change my review to a 5. I love the color so far it seems sturdy but how can I really tell since all I have are the side rails. And the instructions are easy to follow. Yes I put what I had together and I really hate to have to take apart to return if we can’t get my issue resolved.
