Comfortable gaming chair
My eldest son chose this gaming chair for himself because a few days ago, I bought a new chair for his younger brother. He said this chair has a fashionable design, is very comfortable to sit on, and he can even recline when he gets tired from playing computer games. He is very happy with using it. I think the quality of the chair is quite good, the installation is simple, and all the necessary tools are included, so there’s no need to prepare additional tools. The chair legs are designed with hook-type, which saves some time in screwing, and overall it is great.

Very easy to assemble, it only took me around 20 minutes to do alone. The chair feels great and firm especially when reclined. The massage cushion is a great addition as well.

Happy with Gaming Chair
Purchased this brand three years ago, but am very rough on my chairs so needed to replace. Purchased this chair without hesitation and am as happy as I was with my first purchase.
Two items I found:
1. Screws for the plate which connect to the backrest were mislabeled. Instructions state #12, package was labelled #16 but it had marker crossing out the #16 to write #15. Clearly the screw package is used for more then one chair. I was able to figure it out easily but a process of elimination would have worked if I needed.
2. The back cushion was a little flat, and could use more padding. Luckily I have polyester fill around so I added my own and worked perfectly, if not I would have stuffed a t-shirt in it to help.
Sturdy feel, leans back all the way for those lay back and watch movies at my desk with footrest out. That full lean back is what made me purchase the first one and so happy as others just don’t go back as far as I would like, but this one does.
Assembly took less then 20 minutes, instructions beside the above issue were easily to follow.

This chair was disappointing. The seat is so hard. I can’t sit on it for extended periods of time. Although this is still the case i have updated my review to 5 stars because, the customer service reach out to me straight away and gave me a full refund! Well done.
