Theres a manifacturer defect you cant fix it
The mechanism that tilts the back of the chair back doesnt last and you cant fix it. Its a manufactuer defect. It causes secere neck and spinal pain. Waste of money. Send me one that works.

Arms are weak
If you want a chair where the arms fall off the chair constantly and your having to keep an Allen key beside you to tighten them then this chair is the one for you. I have to tighten them daily ever since assembly.

I love this chair! My old chair used to make my lower back hurts so bad that it hurt to drive after work as well, and I sit for 6+ hours at a time, as I am a nail tech. But this chair has really helped with that lower back pain, and helps me sit straight up, I love the Fudd rest and the armrest, and itâs a very quiet, rolling chair. I donât care for the massage part, as it is only one speed and you have to have it plugged in and thereâs no on or off switch. But thatâs not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, this chairs is really great! Took about 30 minutes to set up, I believe, fairly easy.

Very comfortable chair to sit in. Leg rest is super flimsy I wouldn’t put your full weight on it especially if you’re over 175lbs. Armrests are nice but the hole with threads are cheaply made I laid a bit on top of the arm rest and it stripped the threads now I have one wobbly arm rest. Let’s be real though for 100$ it’s not bad you get what you paid for. If you want something that will last just save up some more money and get a more popular name brand. Overall this chair has its pros and cons the back massager is just a vibrating motor in the lower pillow ð but it’s kind of cool. Definitely a decent 100$ chair.

I thought this chair would be much bigger but it fit exactly where I needed it. It has a lot of extra functions and itâs very comfortable. I really like the leg rest function and the pillows that it comes with. It was easy to put together and very affordable. I recommend this chair for office or gaming purposes.

I bought this chair in because I work from home and have severe spinal issues and suffer from a lot of pain. After reading review after review and researching many chairs, I settled on this one and I was VERY satisfied with my purchase. Out of all the work chairs I have had this one is by far the most comfortable and had worked with me and not against me with my pain issues. To my dismay, I leaned forward recently in this chair (not recommended) and the entire chair bent forward, and the seat more or less bent/broke. I was SO distraught. I have no money to purchase another chair of this price and I work from home! WHAT DO I DO?! I reached out to the company and explained what happened, took photos, and they were so quick with their response, and kind enough to send a replacement chair. With, my spinal issues, some major changes happening at my workplace and me possibly looking at a paycut beyond my control, all while trying to pay for my medical needs, this company with never truly know how much the replacement they are sending me truly means! 10 out of 5 stars both for the company and the chair!!!!!!!!
