Poor quality and very poor service from Amazon
The table and the chairs are very cheap quality. They wouldn’t last very long…. The shipping was taking very long so I cancelled my order and ordered another table with chairs from another store (much better quality) which shipped in a couple days. In the meantime, I received a message that they could not cancel my order from this store because they were preparing the package but that I could return it easily once I receive it. When I received it 8-9 days later (…), I requested to return it but then it is apparently an exception so I have to pay for the shipping (no other options apparently) and ask for a refund once they receive the item (yeah, I trust them so much!). The Amazon service desk (should remove the service from the title) did not help me much and was very rude on my second call. This is the last time I order a large item from Amazon.

Nice quality for most of the components
Expected quality for the price. My 3 stars review is because one of the chairs is wobbling. And the package was sent through Canada Post, which they didn’t deliver to my door, didn’t call me, and had me go to the post office to collect the parcel. It was not light!

I got this item for $129. I think at one point it was on sale for $99. I missed out on $30 bucks. I was really disappointed when it showed up today after I unpacked it. The top of the table looks like it has footprints on it. I tried scrubbing with hot water and dish soap and using a different vinyl and rubber cleaner that I have. The footprints will not go away…Poor quality vinyl finishing – but we are hosting an even tomorrow and need to use it… I did not feel likepacking it back up and taking it to a Kohl’s (which is not convenient at all by the way).Not impressed with the finish- the rest of the table and chairs seem okay for the $. The seller was able to apply a credit for the damage, so I appreciated that.

While this is made much cheaper than card tables were a few years ago (and costs more), it’s a pretty sturdy set. It tolerates my 5 kids playing games and eating on it and crafting on it on Friday nights. So far, so good and it’s had a good breaking in! I’d buy it again. I did get a cover for it. No point in letting it get ugly. Also I grabbed a plastic cover to put over the fitted cloth cover so the kids could make a mess using clay and play dough.
