I spent days looking at several different children’s tables before deciding on this one. This is a very sturdy table. It has metal legs that can be adjusted for height, which is great when you make am investment that you want to last longer than a year or two. Like many, the chairs are small and not adjustable, so they will have to be replaced as the children grow. My 3.5 yo sits pretty easily in the chair and honestly it’s a little small for me as an adult, but not impossible. I usually am in a chair when I help her with her work. The chair is a solid plastic piece, which means you don’t have to contend with nasty moving legs or worry about things breaking apart at attached points. The table itself can be hard to get eraser particles off when they get to the edge, since the body is a solid particle board and the lip is plastic. However, I recently left a nice cold cup of iced coffee on it and let it sweat all over the table. No damage was done to the surface. Easily wiped. Also, I weigh about 135 and I stood on it with my daughter to hang some things and it didn’t feel remotely stressed, so it can handle probably at least 175 lbs of weight on top.I have no complaints, even the assembly was easy for a pregnant person. It is heavy in a good way, where you don’t have to worry about it flipping. The chairs not having adjustable legs for height is perhaps the one thing that would be great if improved. Also would not be mad if they made the face of the table a solid plastic of with the insert, for the pure fact that you have to work to get tiny trash out when it gets to the edge of the board and the plastic. All in all, as a homeschooling parent of a 6 and a 3-4 yo, this is my pick of all of the tables I have come across on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and a couple of other sites I don’t remember. I would want more of these tables if I had any practical reason or the space for it. Don’t pick a lesser table to save money, because this is worth it.

This table is very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Lightweight to move. The chairs are easy to clean, sturdy and lightweight. Perfect for eating or projects.

The chairs are a lot smaller than I thought.I was unable to put some of the screws in the bottom of the table because the drilled holes were off. I do not feel like going through the headache of shipping back. Especially with everything currently going on.Overall, it would be 5 stars. On the bright side, my kids love it.

I’ve had the smaller square one for a year 1/2 but my kids clearly needed more space as they have obviously gotten bigger within this time. So I decided to get this one. I was nervous at first because of all the previous reviews it has, but honestly I feel lucky. It all came in the same day, easy to build and looks great! I love it!

This table is perfect. The gray top is smooth and is perfect for writing on. The set is very heavy duty. The one thing I did was go to Walmart and purchase a yard of clear table cover from the sewing area and velcro circles. I applied this to the top to give the table extra protection against my kiddos. One of my best buys ever!!
