Great value. Adequate comfort for occasional use. Top metal edge is a little rough but otherwise well made. Truly excellent, sensible packaging, with minimal waste, suggesting the manufacturer cares. And they look far more expensive than they actually are.

Excellent buy for part of my laminectomy recovery. I can sit higher than a regular chair and allow my legs to dangle, stretching lower back muscles. Packaging was phenomenal and very easy to assemble the seat with 4 screws.

Chair cussion is worn down in less than 8 months. Plastic caps on feet were pushed in after a month and now they wobble. Seats keep coming loose… We are also only open 3 days a week for 5 hours a day.

These things are JUNK!! First off, they look nothing like they do in the photos! They are a light gray powder coated piece of crap. Then when I went to set up the chairs they didn’t have any screws to attach the wood seat base to the frame. Immediately I called the company to complain and have them returned. Come to find out which is NOWHERE on the listing, you have to pay not only shipping (which I was willing and expected to do) but a 30% restocking fee. And on top of that the person I spoke with at the company was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I guess dealing with dissatisfied customers day after day will do that to you. After totaling the cost of shipping and the 30% fee to return, it was a wash to keep them. So at that point I asked to have the screws sent so I could at least connect the seat bases. Guess what 10 days later they sent me a total of 4 screws for 4 chairs. SORRY FLASH FURNITURE one screw per chair will not work. I have listed them on Craig’s list at $20 each and even at that price people see them and say NO WAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE!!!
