Pleasantly surprised!
I’m very impressed with this desk. I was really nervous buying a desk online as my monitor is heavy and I hate wobbly things. When I opened the box, each piece felt heavy, with smooth edges and a beautiful finish. All the different hardware accessories were in well identified packages (with extras of each). The instructions were minimalistic, but clear. It took me about 1.5 hours to put it together by myself, while listening to a podcast. All the pre-drilled holes were in the right place, all the pieces aligned perfectly, and all the screws went in smoothly and solidly. Most of the tools were included, the only additional tool needed was a standard phillips screwdriver.The desk is quite sturdy. Even with the wheels on and at the highest setting it doesn’t wobble when I type. The motor is very quiet, and super smooth. When going from one preset to another, it moves quickly but it slows down just before stopping so it’s perfectly smooth, even with a heavy monitor on it.If you’re using the wheels, you may find that the minimum height is a bit high. With wheels it’s 30.5″ and without it’s 28.5″. I’m 5’9″ and it’s just ok for me with the wheels. I’m using the wheels because I have a walking threadmill to the side, so I can move the desk from facing my chair to facing my threadmill easily. I love it! But if you’re shorter you may need a foot rest or something.I’m really happy I chose the 40″ wide with the two drawers, that gives me plenty of work space without taking up too much space in the room, and it’s easy to move. And the double deck allows me to have all my stuff neatly put away, but at my fingertips. I’m super happy with my purchase. In fact, I regret not buying it sooner!

Damaged Piece of wood
I was thrilled to receive this desk, as i thought it was great value for what was being advertised.I opened the box, I had all the pieces (plus extra nuts, screws, etc), so I began building. Assembling was pretty easy but some of the initial screws were difficult to get through, quality of pieces are pretty good for the price. Feels sturdy and mechanic is a tad noisy (sounds like a mircowave) but works well. Extras are nice touch, like the LED lights and drawers.Then as i was building the last part, which was the black desk mount, I noticed that they sent a damaged piece of wood! I was so disappointed after having built pretty much the whole desk. Really hoping the seller can replace this piece only, as i do not want to go through the process of dis-assembling to return and get a new shipment only to wait longer. If they fix this, i will update to a 5 star review.**EDIT** Great fast customer service that made it right! update to 5 stars

Good quality for the value
I looked at many electric standing desks. From very pricey to very cheap. And after pouring over reviews I landed in this one. For function and price.I assembled this desk today. First. On assembly. After reading reviews for almost any standing desk assembly seems to be a major pain point. I braced myself to dive in and was pleasantly surprised. I have assembled many pieces of furniture before and these were some of the best detailed step by step instructions. All necessary detail was there. There were extras of each part just in case. All holes lined up perfectly. Whew! I even timed myself just to compare to reviews. It took me just over an hour. And I was going at a leisurely detailed pace. Pleasantly surprised compared to some other builds.The top of the table is pressboard. As expected. So itâs not top quality but it seems solid for the price. The base is very solid. The motor worked immediately. Quietly. Smoothly. No wiggle on the desk but I also havenât loaded it up yet. But I donât expect an issue. Some past reviews mentioned cord management. They must have added a few stick on ties to address that. Easy fix works well.Overall Iâm very pleased so far. You could pay a lot more but I think this will do the trick very well!

Beautiful and Functional
 I love this desk so much more than I thought I would. The second tier is great extra height for monitors and it gives the space for the drawers below.The box itâs delivered in is big and weighs 60lbs so have a dolly or a friend.I built it alone which was a bit of a balancing act at times but itâs doable. Altogether it took 2ish hours to finish.Would definitely recommend if youâre looking for a home standing desk

Was worried based on the negative reviews
I was really reluctant to pull the trigger on this purchase based mostly off the bad reviews despite the good ones. I’ll update later if needed but right now this is based on construction and a few days use.After reading some of the reviews where ppl claim their spouse is a carpenter or furniture engineer and they couldn’t figure this out I was really curious how this would go. It makes me now believe I’m in the wrong field cause this went together no problem in about an hour or so. No idea what issues ppl would have. It’s clearly laid out step by step.It seems like good construction and materials. Extra pieces were provided for every small component. Seems sturdy at a fresh build. I wish locking washers were provided with some parts like the legs as I can see them loosening over time and needing to be tightened.A bit disappointed with the drawers. They are just cheap fabric pullouts. You may opt not to even use them and leave the space open to slide books or papers in.I also opted for the wheels, but they seem very cheap.Motor works fine out of the box and when testing it I stupidly let it get caught on another piece of furniture while raising it and heard it grind a little. Thankfully that stress did not seem to affect it and its still working fine.

I love everything about this desk.The only complaint is I wish they had holes to run wires as I have so many but I made my own and used the space between the drawers for my battery packs. They do include ties for the cords but not enough for my use. Smooth operation and the presets are great

I put this desk together with my 12 yr old daughter in about 50 min. I expected it to be more difficult with the electrical and moving pieces, but it was very doable. I love the durability, is a perfect size and itâs a great oak wood color. We are very happy with this purchase.

I needed a smallish desk and this one has so many seize and feature options to choose from. It looks very pretty! It was super easy to put up and works smoothly. All cables are tucked out of the way, nothing on the floor! The materials seem great quality and the price is unbeatable. Absolutely go for it!
