How did we get our start?
Martin grew up in Washington DC. His grandfather likes to collect industrial-style objects and he is keen on refitting these objects into furniture. Martin enjoyed the period of participating in this refitting program with his grandpa. Over time, Martin developed an interest in creating retro style furniture made of metals and wood.

Beautiful coffee table with functional design
This farmhouse style coffee table is beautiful and very functional. I really like the lift up top design, very useful for different kind of family. When unfolder, it can turn into a small dinner table for small condo, or it can be used to play board game, or for work. A lot of storage space to put things like TV remote, books or games etc. I also appreciate the small details like rounded table corner and anti-pinch table top.
The material used to build this coffee is solid and sturdy. Assembling it is similar to the furniture from IKEA. It is not very difficult, just take a bit of time.
I’ve received many furniture products from Amazon, I’ve to say this is one of the best so far. At this price, I highly recommend it.

Solid, nice looking table – takes a very long time to put together
This table takes a very long time to put together. Instructions are clear and easy to follow, just a lot of steps. Couple of small issues, one one of the side panels, a screw pushed the outside finish out creating a bubble and the screws on the drawer sliders don’t like flush causing the drawer to catch (husband fixed it though). The table is quite heavy, has no feet – added my own foam pads and it now slides easily. It’s a pretty table and the lifts for the table top work well and smoothly. It’s big enough for a card game or for two to eat. Lifted it was a bit too high to use as a laptop table when sitting on my couch, but with a kitchen chair it was better. This table has a lot of storage! Would make a great table in a playroom for kids to store art supplies and as a drawing/play table. Love the little metal details, black accents on white finish looks very nice. It’s a bit of an odd size for a coffee table, I ended up using it as an end table. It’s good quality overall and the price is right.

Poor quality and arrived damaged
 I’m disappointed by this coffee table. It’s very stylish, comes with lots of storage, and the design is nice. Unfortunately the melamine used is very poor quality with chips and visible damage, the drawer doesn’t work, and the table top arrived with a chunk missing from it. See pictures and videos.
For the $250 I was expecting much higher quality, like something on par with ikea.

Nice Piece, Heavy
This FABATO coffee table is very heavy and a bit tricky to put together but once assembled looks and functions really well. The materials are not necessarily ‘high-end’ but they do feel solid. The functionality of the fold out top works well and the drawer functions well. There are some scuffs on the wood but no significant blemishes. Overall, it is hard to find fault here and seems like a good piece of furniture.
CHESTER –
The fold out table is quite handy for small apartments or houses. I absolutely love it! I didn’t have room for a dining table so this works out perfectly by converting to a dining table. The assembly took a while but all the parts were there and the directions were easy to follow. I love putting all my important things in the drawers. I have no regrets so far, works well!

The process of putting the table together was a bit complicated but can be achieved with patience. I was able to complete it in 2 sessions of 1 hour each. I would advise being extremely careful in following the instructions and not miss any. The table itself is as advertised and a good buy.
