Fixed my posture
Best chair I ever owned. It actually fixed my posture.Pros:-Butt cushion feels perfect, a nice mix of soft and just firm enough to be comfortable. Bigger than my previous chair which allows me to sit cross-legged with no trouble.-The chair does not lower over time. For reference: max capacity is 300LBs, I currently weight 211LBs.-Back rest is breathable, my back doesn’t get warm and moist from prolonged sitting anymore. I actually feel wind on my back.-Arm rests are 100% adjustable and will fit just about anyone and any desk.-The roller-blades styled wheels allow you to push and slide around with no effort with virtually no sound at all (my neighbors downstairs will thank me, my previous chair made a lot of sound lol)-Lumbar support made most of my lower back pain problems go away. I sit on the chair all day long with no issues.-Looks great and very easy to assemble.-Bubble wrap with actually poppable bubbles! Great for stress relief.Cons:-The assembly instructions have a small mistake at the step where you screw the chair’s mechanism. The mechanism is drawn in the wrong direction so I had to unscrew it and rotate it 180.-Not exactly a con but the chair being so easy to roll means it will roll on its own at the slightest touch or floor angle. I actually needed to get a rug to keep it from rolling away (as you can see in the pictures, will upgrade to a bigger rug eventually)-Head rest feels nice but could use more resistance, it lowers down over time. I used the Allan key to tighten the screw more but it didn’t make a big difference. That being said, it’s still by far the best chair I’ve ever owned. Before purchasing, I was like “This chair will tide me over a SecretLab Titan chair in the future”, now I don’t even want one anymore.10/10, would buy again.

Just what we wanted for our home office
my wife and i both do a lot of working from home and our upstairs work area has a nice desk, but we were using an old chair. So as a Christmas gift to us both, I decided to get us a nice new chair for the office. Ive spent a lot of money on chairs in the past but wanted something not crazy expensive, but good quality with a lot of good ergonomic features. This chair has been the perfect fit for us both. My wife is 5’8 and I’m 6’1 and we can both use this chair with little alterations. Lots of support features and its nice and comfy. when working from home my wife can spend a full day in this chair, whereas I can spend 10-12 hours during some work days. This has been a fantastic upgrade to our setup. Easy to put together and the quality seems great for the price that we paid. Id buy it again with out hesitation.

Really solid chair that could be even better…
This is one of the only chairs that I have purchased that has most things right. It has great support, nice wide seat, and arms that adjust well. The only downside is the lock tilt angle is at about 15-30 degrees back (that’s in the product description) but would have been fantastic if the locking could occur at any angle. The first position is just a little too far back for my liking but the rest of the chair has been great. Rocking feature is nice. Head rest could be a little more comfortable. But overall this was a nicely priced chair that is very well setup.

Very good ergonomic chair for back pain
I recently had the pleasure of trying out the KERDOM Ergonomic Office Chair, and I must say it has been a game-changer for my office experience. With its outstanding comfort, adjustable features, and sleek design, this chair has exceeded my expectations.Comfort is key when spending long hours at a desk, and the KERDOM chair delivers on that front. The seat is generously padded and provides excellent support for my lower back, promoting proper posture and reducing strain. The adjustable headrest is a fantastic addition, offering optimal neck support and preventing stiffness. Whether I’m reading, typing, or participating in video conferences, this chair keeps me comfortable and focused throughout the day.The seller was also very responsive in communication and helped me a lot.Great Buy!

Not as comfy as you may think
Had this for about 6 months now and haven’t been happy for one day. Yes, it has ergonomic functionality, but it’s certainly not comfortable still. I’m 6’3 so it does lack some seat depth and support from the headrest, and probably is better suited for shorter people. The biggest problem is that the gasket appears broken. The chair slowly sinks all the way down over time, and strangely more so when it’s sitting idle with no one on the seat. Mesh is comfy but the rest is cheaply made. This is far overpriced for the quality in this piece and I would not recommend it.

Expensive office chair comfort at a lower price
When my employer offered to cover 80% of the cost of an ergonomic chair for those who work from home, I decided to upgrade from my Ikea conference chair to this Kerdom. This Kerdom has much more lumbar support, is mostly mesh, and has a plusher cushion. I have used this Kerdom with and without the armrests and headrests installed and found that my 5-ft-7-in body prefers them both installed. Putting the chair together was simple and I finished it in about 10 minutes. The material quality seems good so far. I like how the armrests can be adjusted front and back and angled inward or outward, and the chair back can be locked at 60(?) and 45(?) degree declines. The Kerdom also comes with roller wheels that are super smooth. The wheels are also about twice the height of those on the Ikea chair, so the Kerdomâs lowest height is a bit higher and something you may need to consider. The only things I think could make this chair an even better value is softer foam or memory foam for the armrests and height adjustability for the lumbar section.

Does great for lower back support. Easy assembling. Only complaint is the handles not sturdy as they keep turning away from desired position

It took me about a hour to assemble the chair, the process was not difficult, make sure you pay attention to the instruction sheet, I forgot to put in the washer included when I assembled it. All screws can be tighten using the included Allen wrench, it is fairly standard I think (same with my old chair purchased from Stables).Chair is fairly comfortable but have some issues as well, the one I received suffered some kind of burn on the corner of left arm rest (see picture attached), hopes other doesn’t have this issue. Also, I switch out the caster to 3rd party caster I bought separately to make it more hard floor friendly. Below are my pros and cons:Pro:Moveable and comfortable arm rest (I almost want to go to 4 star because of this, not many chair at this price range has it)Adjustable lumbar support cushionVery nice design, chair looks great visually (except the defective corner when looking from the back)Con:Difficult to keep head rest in one place (it keep sliding up and down when I re-position my neck), wish there is some kind of lock to make it stay at certain level. The minimum chair height is higher than my old office chair, I have to re-adjust my monitor height to accommodate this chair. It is difficult to lean the chair back, I have to apply constant force from my leg to make the chair stay lean back, it is like one of those leg muscle training machine at the gym (it was much easier with the old chair I replaced due to torn mesh).

I bought this office chair to replace a manager office chair. I was primarily attracted by the color, which goes well with the other furniture in my room. On the other hand, I was somewhat skeptical about the comfort of this chair since there seemed to be less padding and cushioning than in my previous chair.First, the installation was really easy and took no more than 10 minutes. No need for external tools – everything is assembled using an allen key, which is provided. The packaging was great: all components were carefully wrapped to avoid scratches during shipping. All fasteners are conveniently labeled for easy assembly. The chair has multiple adjustments: lumbar support height and orientation, headrest height and orientation, overall height of the chair, and the armrests can be lifted to better fit the chair under a low desk.I work from home two days a week and seats for extended periods of time (4-5 hours) and I must report that this chair is way more ergonomic than my previous manager chair. The cushioning is more firm but still comfortable. The lumbar support really does a great job and is very easy to adjust without leaving the chair if needed. I’m not using the headrest very much but the few times I leaned in the chair, the headrest was a great addition.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. If you like the modern look of this chair, you’ll be happy with its level of comfort.

it might just be my chair, but as soon as I sat down, my butt could touch the baseboard which was very uncomfortable. the same with the armrests, there was very little to no cushion for me to rest on and I was practically resting on the plastic itself being very hard on the elbow even after seconds. I did buy a seat cushion to help alleviate some of the discomfort still unsatisfied. I have the seat raised up and almost every time I have come back from a break and I would go to sit down, the chair would lower with me not even touching the adjustment lever, leading me to readjust my seat height every time I were to sit back down. I have also found my chair to be pretty noisy just moving around from the creaking noises almost immediately after I had assembled it and have repeatedly retightened any screws if they were loose.I’ve had this chair since September and hoped that some of these issues would have ironed itself out like the creaky chair noises but it could just be that I got a defective chair or one from a bad batch.

I’m only giving 4 stars because we had shipping problems. It said delivered so we had to go through customer support and get a return sent. That return ran late but it did finally arrive a couple of weeks after we intended it to.Otherwise, this is one of the best chairs I’ve had. We’ve went through a couple of gaming chairs and such. This is more minimal, light, smooth on our carpet, easy turning, comfortable, and breathable!Love it!!
