Bought this chair purely relying on my instincts, as there is/was no review on it. I am the 1st to write a review on Amazon and I hope helpful…for what its worth.
It was relatively easy to put together. Although I did install it with the seat facing the wrong way — although hard to say now as photos on Amazon seem to show the seat installed either way ¯_(ã)_/¯ Then I also put the seat hands the wrong way. Needless to say, I was not having a good day putting this together.
But I was able to take things apart – twice – and still manage to have a fully upright chair in under two hours. Bravo to me.
It is a very comfortable chair. The seat is wide and bouncy (cant figure any other way to describe). The height is perfect for my long legs. I love that is leans back (although I keep worrying I may soon break the hinge as I dont trust my building skills). Love the swivel. Love that it is NOT a cloth/cushion seat. I’ve only had it a full day now, and you might have guessed I am having a lot of fun with it rolling around my covid-home-office.
There were a few missing pieces – 3 nail washers, which I guess the manufacturers decided are not really necessary. I disagree, as there is a reason why they are included in the pictorial instructions.
All in all, a good purchase. I hope it lasts and is durable. I’m not getting reimbursed from my job for setting up a comfortable working space during covid home-based work, so this has to be a good investment.
