I ordered 2 four packs as I need 7 stools. The first 4 came and I realized that I hadn’t gotten any notification that the other 4 would be delivered; I checked my Amazon account and it said they were delivered so I left a message on Amazon for the seller. They were amazing! I got a text message from FedEx at 10:00pm letting me know that the other 4 would be delivered the following day. The seller contacted me twice to make sure that things were taken care of. My husband had them all put together with no problems at all and they look wonderful and are very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Got these bar stools for the looks and sturdiness, swivel seat also. I’ve put together many pieces of furniture and wasn’t expecting any issues with the 4 stools I bought. I was wrong. For the most part, everything went together just fine. the included allen wrench does the job. My problem arose when trying to affix the back rest to the stool portion. There are 6 holes in three sets of two holes each which screw into the stool bottom. The first four go in easily, not so much the final two. After trying to use all sorts of tools to get the final screws set, I used a scratch-all tool inserted into the hole in the back rest and then into the threaded holes in the stool. By pulling on the scratch-all, I was able to move the final two holes over the threaded ones and insert the screws one at a time. The bar stools came well packaged and look great. Quite comfortable as well.
