A direct replacement for my recliner
This was a direct drop-in replacement for my recliner from Costco. I had it installed in less than 5 minutes. It works great, just like the one it replaced.The design of these chairs is modular. They seem to follow similar standard, using somewat generic parts. It was easy enough to measure my old actuator, verify the motor specifications and the connectors. After looking at a few options on Amazon, I was able to find this one which seemed to be a match. Replacement involved disconnecting the power, removing the old actuator by disconnecting the power and switch connectors, and then unbolting it. Installing the new one was just the same process reversed.
