Looks great, feels great
Great looking chair (white/grey colourway) and works perfectly for my home office. Using with a standing desk, so only sitting for 5 or 6 hours/day and I find it comfortable. Had it over almost a year with no issues at all. Fabric still looks great and chair works like new. Assembly was easy and quick.

Need some improvements
I like the look of the chair. What I don’t like is the arm rests that can’t be locked in place. I put my elbows on them and if I lean forward forward they split apart or if I reajust myself on the chair I can’t used them as I slip. Another element that I hate is that the chair does not go low enough. I am a tall woman, 5’9″ and my legs are far from being at a 90 degree angle when I sit down. Yes the chair is properly installed. There is nothing that makes this chair better than another one for this price. The seat cushion is also hard. I’ve had it for over a month thinking that it would soften, but nope! There is some potential to this chair if the manufacturer made some adjustments.

I used this product for my home office, it is very comfortable and easy to use, but the seat is a little harder than what I expected, apart from that everything else is great.

Extrêmement confortable avec beaucoup dâajustements
Cette chaise est incroyablement confortable. Jâavais lu beaucoup de bons commentaires à travers différents sites, mais comme je suis extrêmement difficile en matière de confort, je ne mâattendais pas à être aussi satisfait. Les multiples ajustements de cette chaise font quâelle peut sâadapter à différentes morphologies. Jâaime beaucoup celui qui permet dâajuster la profondeur simplement en faisant coulisser lâassise. Les instructions dâassemblage sont schématiques et très faciles à suivre. Tous les outils sont fournis. Je recommande fortement.

Arrived broken some annoying parts to the system
The item arrived broken with the handle for the seat out of place. Took significant pressure to put it back into place. Ended up scratching the plastic to get it back in.The lumbar support is extremely stiff and canât be adjusted back. Only up and down.

I like this chair. Relatively easy to assemble. Once adjustments are made it’s comfortable and sold.

Not the best
The lumbar support sits too low and jabs into your lower tail bone. You have to either lock the back or have it fully recline. The recline is a lot, so itâs a shock when it reclines. Overall awkward and uncomfy.FYI- I tried it out for 3 weeks and tried to return it, but they charge you $50 if you donât have the original styrofoam and you have to cover your own shipping costs. So it is expensive to return.
