excellent quality product & customer service, but side sleepers may need extra cushioning!
Edit- 11/16/20I’ve bumped from 4 to 5 stars after receiving excellent customer service on this item. I messaged seller to enquire on the ILD rating of this model, as I’m still not sleeping well and want to add a latex topper of a softer ILD rating. They responded within hours (on Sunday!) and asked when they could call me the next day to see how they can help. Extremely pleasant and helpful. Much appreciated! I maintain that this mattress is excellent quality and I do recommend, I’m just looking for a softer surface.This is our first natural latex mattress and first time buying a mattress without trying it first, a nerve-wracking endeavor especially for such a large and important purchase! I was very happy to find such an affordable option on amazon compared to other brands i was looking at. I read many reviews of different brands to get an idea of what natural latex was like. Comfort and mattress preference is extremely subjective! Difficult to judge by others’ preferences when everyone has a different idea of what’s comfy and firm/soft.We personally like a very soft mattress. The sealy pillowtop we are replacing is like a marshmallow. We are side sleepers, not large people and have no injuries or body ache problems in general so we like a cushy mattress. However I am conscious of the off gassing issue known with conventional mattresses and wanted a healthier option especially with our first born on the way.I chose the “gentle” mattress from this company, which after studying the firmness ratings of natural latex, I felt would be sufficient. I also ordered a wool sheepskin mattress pad to add a little extra cushion, just in case. Purchased a zinus platform frame for the new mattress as well.If you’re a side sleeper, this mattress will need some help. The sheepskin pad i bought was not nearly enough. Even the gentle model is very very firm after laying on it for a night. I had shooting pains in my shoulder and hip by morning of first night. (Being in 3rd trimester I can only sleep on my side, so this was a problem!) Hubby wasn’t quite as uncomfortable as me but he was not impressed and we both slept horribly. We continued sleeping on our old mattress (now in the living room haha) until I could remedy the problem. We finally got a Bedstory down-alternative pillowtop pad, and had one night on it, so far- much improved. The firmness of the latex still comes through the extra padding but it is much more comfy.I do recommend this mattress because I’ve already noticed a huge improvement in the air quality of our bedroom the 2 nights we’ve spent on it. There was no odour right out of the packaging and I can tell it’s a healthier option than conventional mattress. Cushiness is fix-able! 🙂 the lack of motion transfer is also great, my husband and I always woke each other getting up in the night and that is definitely reduced significantly. All in all, I am happy with this mattress!

Top Quality and Affordable
This is the second latex product I have purchased from Latex Green/Naturelle and I am once again extremely satisfied. Most companies overcharge for latex mattresses but this company’s prices are fair and their selection is fantastic. I even asked if they would include a larger organic cotton cover so I could fit my 2″ topper inside and they didn’t even hesitate to accommodate my request. Outstanding customer service! This ECO bed is superb quality. It is very comfortable. No off-gassing or scent and all the certifications are listed right on the mattress. Top quality company and product for a great price!

It was finally time to replace our old coil mattress, and after a lot of deliberating (I mean, A LOT), we decided to go with latex since its durable, comfortable, and natural. We shopped around and ultimately bought a mattress from a local furniture store. We loved it, and so we decided to also replace the mattress in our guest bedroom. I was excited when I saw this product with organic certification for such a great price, but a little skeptical that it would measure up.It did. It’s not as thick as our other mattress (part of the savings), but for me its just as comfortable. It arrived by truck and it was easy to unroll and put on the bed. The only problem I had was that the cover had a strong fabric softener smell. The good folks at Naturelle sent me a replacement without fragrance right away, and were great about returning my calls and emails.If you’re looking for a comfortable new mattress, I highly recommend this company.

Extremely uncomfortable for me
Iâm a side and back sleeper and much to my dismay I cannot get a good nightâs sleep on this mattress. I tried a memory foam topper and a down alternative and neither soften the bed enough for me. After spending 900 on the mattress and another 375 on toppers I just want to sell it if possible and find another option. I feel bad because Iâm vegan and it was important to me to find an organic eco product.

Great customer experience
Here’s my story:I needed a new mattress and did a ton of research on the subject. I knew I didn’t want memory foam because I’m the type of person who gets warm easily and I was hesitating to pick a spring mattress like my old one. I eventually read about latex and how durable, soft and supportive it is so I decided to give it a try.I bought the Green Apple, which is a 6 inch latex mattress, along with a 2 inch latex topper. Both of the products were from Naturelle. The certification papers to prove that it’s 100% natural latex were in the box. I chose Medium firmness for the 6 inch core and Gentle firmness for the 2 inch topper. I bought them separately and, to my surprise, Naturelle called to asked if I wanted them to combine the two. I gladly took the offer and they added a cotton mattress cover that fit the 6 inch mattress and the 2 inch topper!As for the delivery during the corona outbreak, it was fast and arrived in a week. The workers wore masks and handled the Green Apple mattress with care.In short, I switched from a spring mattress to a full organic latex mattress and the difference is huge. It’s soft while giving great support. It definitely feels high quality. I’ll consider buying one for my mother when the time comes for her to get a new bed!

Best priced latex mattress around
The quality of this single mattress is the best, exact same layers as you find in local stores that will charge 2 to 3 times more! Customer service was very helpful and they went the extra mile to ensure I got the right density of mattress for my needs. I chose the Firm, and it just right. Side sleepers may want Medium, depending on your tastes, but Firm was just right for me. Will buy from LatexGreen when we replace our queen mattress, as we are so pleased with the 6″ single. And yes, 6 inches thick is enough to support a 187 lb man, no need to buy thicker, in my view!
