Really nice racing looking chair
The chair was awesome, looks great and comfortable the instructions are a bit hard to read and pictures are not clear because of the size, but once you figure it out its a really nice chair for the price. I can see how people can misplace the Hardwear because it looks like a piece of cardboard my suggestion to the company is to use a bright colour of card board to make it more noticeable in the box but overall I’m very happy with my purchase my son loves it

Looks Great, Sturdy, Easy to Assemble
I really like this chair and I’m glad I bought it. It was easy to put together (under an hour) and everything works well (back adjustment, up/ down lever, massage pillow). I’ve had it for two weeks now and the only thing I don’t like is it’s not super soft or comfy for 6-8 hours while working at a desk. I usually end up adding a pillow by day’s end (but if you like a stiff seat that might be a pro?) Will update if I run into any future issues!

Garbage, didn’t last a year
Upon delivery had punctures in material we overlooked. Was reasonably comfortable to begin with, but within less than a year after delivered the base malfunctioned, and is now terrifying to try to sit on. No longer offers any support when sitting on it, the seat shifts in all directions and feels like it will collapse at any moment. Had to go out and buy new chair today as window for return or support is closed in less than a year from date of delivery. Overall one of the worst products I have ever purchased considering the price, and not supported for even a year.

Very nice chair. Instructions were huge and color and easy to follow. My wife loves the built in USB back massager. Only drawbacks are seat has a flared seat so hard on the sides of your legs.seat should be flat. She put a foam cushion on it and solved the problem. wheels seem stiff to turn on flat smooth floors but roll fine on a carpet. She loves the color and the material is really nice

I would expect just a bit more for the price that is being charged here but it is a solid buy.
Fairly easy to assemble it gives you a chart in the bottom of the box and a hex key to assemble, chair works well however I have a gripe as some of the screw holes were not punched properly forcing me to create my own screw openings. Pads are good for posture and the chair itself looks great, leather fully intact and no serious damage other than the few screws that were an inch off on the backplate. I had difficulty with instruction 6 as it did not say put screw in large hole when assembling the bar that looks kind of like a ratchet so it took me a few minutes to figure out what I was supposed to do with it. Other than that color is good, however the lumbar massager in my opinion is a waste of money as it doesn’t really do a good job, but it is firm and does an average job. Another problem I had is that the footrest does not feel sturdy, it feels like it has too much flex. nonetheless this chair has it all for the price and is in my opinion a well above average buy.

Best chair at this price point
The chair is very good for the price. It’s very comfortable and the build quality is really nice. Everything feels heavy and not plasticy. Very easy to assemble with really good instructions, even better than the ones I’ve found from Ikea. The lumber function and massage function are so great there are times I’ve fallen asleep on the chair.

Not for the big/heavy set, regardless being able to support 300lbs
Im giving this product 4 stars. I was drawn to this chair because of the black/yellow colour scheme, and the fact it said it could support 300 lbs, as I am a heavy set tall male. My issue was the actual seat. I have a big waist and big bottom, so sitting in this chair was too uncomfortable as the lips on side of seat are metal underneath the leather and foam. This caused my thighs and hips to hurt after awhile of sitting. I Loved the leather. I loved the colour. Set up was easy and took 20 minutes. Just not my cup of tea in the comfort section, as I am a writer and bought a new chair to be comfortable during my long periods at my desk. Would be better for someone who’s waist is no bigger than a 34-36, so I cant give a bad review because I am overweight.

I got this chair in hopes to get a nice gaming chair that has some relaxation options. I spend a lot of time in my chair, so I wanted to get a good one.It was pretty easy to put together. Total time was less than 10 minutes. It came with a large and really easy to understand instructional poster.All in all pretty much anyone who can read can put this together.So I only really have two issues with it. These issues are not enough to reduce its star level though. It’s just minor gripes more than issues.The first one is that if you’re more than 5’11 and over 220 lbs then don’t get this chair. I’m exactly 5’11 and 200 lbs so I can sit on this chair without issue but any more than that and you’ll have problems with being too large and issues being able to balance yourself with the reclining options.The second issue is that the massage option is WEAK. It runs using a comically short USB and has very little power to massage anything. It just gives a weak vibration akin to an electric toothbrush or battery powered adult toy. If you want a massage option, get a seperate one to lay on top of the chair.For sure buy this if you want a sturdy reclining gaming chair, but skip it if you’re a larger person or if you want more than a tickle of a massage.

EDIT: When I contacted the seller about this problem, they immediately offered to send a repair kit for this. So I am changing my review because they were very responsive and wanting to fix the problem.The rods to control the back rest and adjust easily bent and now there is no way to control the back and itâs stuck in a position with no back support. It should have had a solid rod that would not easily bend. This was not well made

Incredibly unstable. My son started to recline and it flipped over hurting his arm. Despite building per instructions- the chair back was crooked. We even tried adjusting the screws with no fix. Very little padding on the seat and not as comfortable as we had hoped. Exchanged for another chair

Got this for my Fiancé For his Birthday he has back issues cord to massager hangs so he accidentally rolled over it and it snapped so the massager is of no use which is what I got the chair for however it came as expected no damages and he still loves it just wish the massager worked overall I was satisfied with my purchase

Overall the product is really nice. My Fiancé says it has great back support, and that is comfortable. Him and his 11 year old son assembled it together, in about in hour. They are both very satisfied! ð
