Whatâs up with this uncontrollable crease
We bought the cali king after leaving it for 3 days we still have a massive crease which isnât comfortable at all to sleep on since itâs hasnât went away!!! Itâs been 3wks and want to know if we can send it back however didnât keepthe box

Firm mattress
Have been sleeping on it for a week and it is great. Sleeping through the night waking up without pain in my body. I don’t usually like a firm mattress but I can’t deny that I have been sleeping like a baby since I got it.

Giant crease down centre
Very comfortable and good quality other then the crease down the centre, has been 4 days and has not gone away, renders the bed basically useless. tried returning for a new one but ran into issue of how do I ship a mattress once it’s unrolled and expanded
