Great gaming/office chair
I was going to buy a secretlab chair initially but I did some research and watched some reviews and I learned that these chairs are made in the same place as secretlab (it’s the same as the secretlab classic). Cybeart has better prices though so I went with them. The graphics are really nice and high quality. The grachic is actually stitched on and not just ironed on like I initially thought so that’s great. Comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I recommend this to anyone looking to buy a high quality gaming/office chair or anyone looking at a secretlabs chair. Save some money and buy this brand

“Super” Chair
Product arrived well within delivery window. Warning! The box is heavy and awkward, so take care moving it. The first impressive thing is the packaging. Every piece (including wheels!) is carefully protected in foam, in individual boxes, or covered in protective foam wrap. The overall construction of the chair is excellent. Pieces are heavy and fit together well. I read the instructions several times before starting assembly because of other user’s accounts of accidentally activating the tilt lever before assembly (also note that there is a large warning about this on one of the flaps of the Main box. Assembly was very straight forward with no issues. Attaching the back cushion is slightly more difficult because you have to align the holes of the seat cushion bracket to the holes in the rear back cushion, but the is the “hardest” part. As others have noted, the seat cushion is hard memory foam, but I like it. It’s like a car racing seat in that regard, keeps you in place. The only minor complaint I have concerns the arm rests. I wish the could go just a bit lower, but that is a very minor issue and may be because my torso is a bit short which makes the arms feel higher on me. Love the graphics, my office is full of comic books and collectibles and so the chair fits the decor really well. Whether you like Superman or not is a personal thing, but the colors and design really pop! Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Excellent Chair! I HIGHLY Recommend for the gamer in your life!
There are a couple of things to make note of before my review: One, Canada Post – who I received the chair through – had a sizeable delay but that is to no fault of the seller. Two, there was a minor imperfection in the form of “buckling material” in the leatherette exterior on the top left-hand side of the front of the chair – minor imperfections happen it wasn’t that big of a deal.Aside from those two notes I have the product itself is VERY comfortable. The seat is VERY spacious – which is good for me because I am a 280+lb 6’0″ tall man. The head pillow is very comfortable and plush. The wheels and casters look cheaper than they actually are, they are very good quality. The graphic art – I went with the “The Flash” DC themed chair – is incredibly well done and is actually sewn into the leatherette and not just print screened on.The only complaints I have about the build of the product is the 4D Arms are a little bit “wiggly” and the lumbar support creaks whenever you move in your seat. Thankfully I got my chair when they were on sale for $499 CDN – the regular price however is rather costly so I would recommend waiting for a potential sale like I did – BUT if you can afford it then by all means it is still a great product that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone, especially those that suffer from chronic back pain, like I do.

Everything I Hoped it Would Be
I had to replace my chair unexpectedly because my old one broke in the most ridiculous way possible. I spent a lot of time researching and looking at so many different chairs before deciding on this one. I’m SO glad I did. It was incredibly easy to assemble, it’s absolutely GORGEOUS, and it’s incredibly comfortable. After going through the reviews, I was nervous that it would take a long time to get used to how firm the chair is, but after only one day, I can honestly say that this is the most comfortable office chair I’ve ever owned. My only complaint was about how long it took for the chair to be shipped, and the conflicting delivery estimates. Fortunately, it was worth the wait.

I’ve been using Green Soul Monster series chair from 2018 and the main problem i faced in that was the seat foam going flat every year. I was looking for a gaming chair with cold cure foam in India from years and suddenly there are 3 different companies offering it now. Cybeart, Dr Luxar (Mammoth & Affluence) and Green Soul (Assassin). I was able to try Cybeart & Dr Luxar and i might have made the wrong choice. Since all these 3 chairs are new, i couldn’t find a lot of reviews. They all look alike with similar features and are between 25k to 35k.Cybeart The Batman Gaming Chair:Cybeart is a global company and has some nice international reviews on youtube so i decided to try this first and because this is the only one that comes with a 30 Days Return/Refund Policy but you need to ship the chair back on your own. It also has a 5 year warranty. This chair is the most expensive, premium and best looking out of the 3 chairs. The quality of materials used is excellent but there is one major flaw that was a deal breaker for me. This chair has only 47 cm of seat depth compared to 50 cm in my previous chair so i had to return it. Cybeart website does not list detailed specs like Green Soul or Dr Luxar and i missed this during my research. Check your current chairs seat depth before you buy this chair, if its 47 cm or less, just go for this chair. This chair also has the best wheels out of the 3. There are a few features missing from this chair that are much better in the other 2. This doesn’t have magnetic arm covers (Doesn’t matter), magnetic neck pillow (This matters a lot when you recline back) & magnetic side covers (Doesn’t matter). This only has 2 way lumber support instead of 4 way offered by the other 2 chairs but i didn’t find this a problem and honestly their 2 way lumber support is better than the 4 way lumber support in Dr Luxar as it has better back cushioning.Dr Luxar (Mammoth & Affluence):I went with Dr Luxar next as it had all 5 star reviews and my previous experience with Dr Luxar customer service was pretty good. This is also the only company that provides the chair in cloth material option (Affluence) instead of Nappa leather so its more breathable in hot Indian summers. On first glance, this chair also looks premium & beautiful but there are a few problems. The good things first: Its big and pretty, it has a lot of additional features over Cybeart like all the magnetic stuff i listed above & this also comes with a 5 year warranty. If you are a big and tall person and have not used a gaming chair before, this might be perfect and its the cheapest out of the 3 chairs with all the bells and whistles. Now with the problems: 1. The foam used on this chair is not adequate. Its feels very thin and hard compared to Cybeart. 2. The cloth fabric used on this chair is pretty hard compared to the Green Soul monster series. It may be more durable but I used Green Soul for more than 4 years and never faced a problem with the fabric durability and it was soft and stretchy. The hard fabric on top of hard seat makes it uncomfortable after a 5/6 hrs but this too is not a deal breaker for me as I use GELRIDE Gel Seat Cushion that’s so far the best seat cushion I have tried. 3. The 4 way lumber support implementation on this chair is quite tough to figure out. Its been almost a week since I am using this chair but still haven’t found the sweet spot. This has led to some back ace and muscle fatigue. One thing that helped was to keep the chair in up-right position and tighten the knob below the chair to have a tighter/better rocking motion but this led to squeaking sound from the chair. Due to inadequate foam, you can feel the hard lumber mechanism pressing against your back at high setting. Another disappointing thing in both the chairs is the front and back motion in the Arm rests. They are like tiny T-Rex arms and only move 1.5 inches. It’s a bigger problem in Dr Luxar than Cybeart as the seat depth is much higher. This means there will be a considerable gap between your desk and the arm rest if you are using a traditional fixed hight desk where your chair can’t go inside the desk. Well, I’ll be buying a height adjustable desk soon so that would fix half of the issue for me. The other half of the issue is when you are in a relaxed recline position. Your arm rest is too far and your elbows are hanging in the air. This is a problem with most of the chairs where the arm rest is attached to the seat instead of the back rest so we have to live with it I guess.I wish I could have tried Green Soul Assassin too in order to give you a complete review of all 3 chairs.

Had been using the chair for almost 2 weeks. Most of the features in the chair can be adjusted to your needs. The logos are stitched and not printed, so it shouldn’t wear out with time. The only thing I find annoying is that the armrests are wobbly, so if are buying for gaming you might find it bothersome. Given that they are asking almost 35k for the chair, I might have look elsewhere had I known about this issue earlier.
