First of all this chair was a nightmare to assemble. My husband is a very handy man and said the quality and craftsmanship of this chair was a disaster. None of the holes lined up properly so the bolts could attach the arms to the body of the chair. He basically had to McGiver it to get the thing to assemble. Both arms showed up damaged and there was a hole is the pleather at the back. Very disappointed this was how the chair arrived. Deciding weather to get it replaced or send back for a full refund.

The chair is wonderfully comfortable and pretty but there was one screw that took me nearly 2 hours to get in because the holes werenât aligned…Although I would recommend this product if you want an ergonomic chair.

Tilt Mechanism
Nice looking chairs. A little hard, but ok. I purchased two chairs for my office. The tilt mechanism on one didn’t work so I have requested an exchange which Amazon is dealing with and no issues there. Having said that, at the time of writing, the tilt on the other chair no longer works after only two days. It is too much hassle now to consider changing another chair and getting it to the post office for exchange / return. When something like this happens, I think Amazon should consider a partial refund at least especially to those who are regular, loyal customers. The chairs, based on this review are not worth the money, hence the low rating.

the wheels are very harsh and damage the wood flooring.
The wheels are damaging the hardwood flooring. I had to stop using the chair since the damages to my woodfloor is significant. I have to spend much more than price of the chair to fix the wood floor.

Most Comfortable Chairs…ever
OMG…this is an extremely comfortable chair! We went to all the usual stores and sat in ~50 chairs…not felt right. We were hoping for white chairs, but were looking for comfort first, as these were going into home office (x2). Getting discouraged, we looked at Amazon…reading the reviews we took a chance and ordered 2. No regret…awesome chairs

Great chair but wheels
I just got mine today and it’s looking fancy. It feels sturdy and all but the wheels don’t turn at all on hard surfaces so I’m looking into buying separate wheels for it. Something to consider I guess. I mainly bought it because of the design and the color that matched my set up.

A Nice Chair but Assembly is Frustraighting
Well now that all’s said and done the chair itself is quite comfy and looks fine. Getting together was a bit of a nightmare though. Even when you line up the pieces correctly the screws go in at weird angles (rather than straight down) so its hard to get them to actually go in properly. At one point it seemed like one of screws went in but when we went in to tighten it, it had actually gone through the fabric and had to be pulled out. Overall it took one and a half hours to get the screws into the armrests which hold together the seat and back of the chair. Once over that particular hurtle getting the rest of the chair together is quite easy. So just be mindful of that if you buy this chair. The results are nice but getting the thing together will likely be a long and frustrating experience.

I received and assembled today. Assembly was challenging – getting holes to line up was maddening. Overall, far too difficult for an assembly that should be pretty simple. The screws are short and overall it does not feel stable. I’m still deciding whether or not to keep or return as this doesn’t seem to be very well made so I doubt it will survive long term. If that’s the case then better to return now than have it break after the return window closes. I looks very nice but I’m concerned about quality. Dissembling and getting back in the box would be a difficult task and this is my second chair purchase so I want to be done. Also, slight damage occurred during shipping – a couple scratches. For the price I don’t like starting out with anything less than new and perfect. I’ll test it for a couple of days but I’m guessing I’ll be returning.

This product came pretty fast, easy to assemble, very nice looking, but unfortunately for the price it is not comfortable, I work on the computer for long periods of time and this chair just is not equipped for that. very disappointed
