Amazing Big & Tall Chair
*****Highly recommend this chair*****As a 400lb 6â-2â man, I struggled to find a chair wide enough, deep enough so I didnât feel like I was perched on the edge of my seat, strong enough to lean back, with arms that I could use and provide the comfort for a day of work!!Look, I too was skeptical of buying a pretty inexpensive chair on Amazon after visiting many furniture stores and seeing chairs from $800-$1200, I thoughtâ¦how good can this actually be! Well, it is amazingâ¦youâll see that with the construction of the chair, the thickness of the metal and just how it feels when you sit in it! You wonât be disappointed, I promise!! ððð

i can sit crossed leg on this! its big and so am I lol
easy enough to assemble, don’t like how the whole back leans back with the seat. (love my back leaning separate from the seat with a lean lock)… very comfortable after several hours of sitting and working. being around 270lbs other chairs have either been too small or very uncomfortable to sit on for any longer then 30mins, not only can I sit fully crossed legged in this, the padding is very thick and comfortable for extended lengths of sitting.

Iâm 5â8, just over 400 lbs.Been using this chair in my home office for about a month.Instructions for building were clear & itâs possible to do on your own, but having a partner is helpful.All pieces seem to be good quality. No cheap plastics.One concerning note is the sound of cracking wood when you lean back in the chair. Though, that sound has settled down now for the most part. Maybe it was just the pieces settling in? Made me very nervous to lean back too far.I donât like the fabric on the seat. Itâs a bit too rough on my skin if Iâm wearing shorts.The seat itself is a little too long for me. So I have to wiggle backwards to be able to lean on the back rest.The lumbar support seems like a gimmick. Doesnât do much of anything.The arm rests are a bit annoying because they donât lock in place. if you put any sort of weight on them they move. But there are lots of height & angle settings.Overall, it seems to be very sturdy & itâs wide enough to hold me comfortably.itâs not my favourite chair but returning it would be a huge hassle.

Best no frills big and tall chair I’ve used
This chair does not have that many features but really takes quality of parts to heart. They’re all super thick steel and the cushion is about as thick as ice felt on one of these and I’ve been around a lot of big and tall chairs.It has a flexible plastic lumbar that has its own thick padding to keep it comfy when using it for a long timeThe only thing I would mark is that you can only move up and down and lean back in this chair and the cushion is wide but has regular depth so if you are heavy but have short legs, the back of your knees might be strained against the edge of the extra thick cusbion.I also suggest getting any universal desk chair replacement wheels when buying this chair as the wheels are all plastic and will scratch hard floorsI tried uploading a video review but it kept giving me an error, I’ll try later so you can get a visual idea of the chair fully buolt

Not for big people
I am a big man at 385 pounds. I expected this chair to work well. Assembly was quite straight forward and all parts were present. However after assembly is where the issues lie. The wheels are not made to take the weight this chair is rated for. As soon as I sit in the chair the wheels will not spin but just drag on the floor. The worst issue though is the chair back. When I leaned back in the chair all you can hear is wood cracking in the base. THIS WILL NOT SUPPORT 500LBS. Someone is going to end up on the floor when this snaps.I am returning this chair, which is also not the easiest as I had to chat with an Amazon rep due to the oversize nature. The rep was great and sent me instructions to return with CEVA, just waiting for CEVA to schedule a pickup.

Great bargain for a really beautiful chair
With this chair, I’m really pleased. Its weight capacity was satisfied, the internet photos were professional, and the pricing was really reasonable. I’m not at all let down.It was easy to install and arrived really promptly. It’s a really appealing shade. All in all, it is quite comfy, supportive, and strong.This chair is an amazing deal, especially in light of the fact that every other chair I looked at appeared to be $300 or more.

Base feels sturdy but the back doesnât
Followed instructions and had it built in about 35 mins. However, there is a wood cracking sound when I go to lean back. I re-checked all the bolts and tightened them as much as I could and Iâm just not going to use the lean feature. To be safe. Everything else seems to be sturdy minus the back. For reference Iâm 6â0 and 265lbs.Edit: after retightening the back bolts several times, the cracking sound is gone. Iâm going to recheck the bolts over the next few days.

When the driver arrived I could tell by this young mans labored carrying of the box that it was heavy. Sure enough it was. It is very heavy, but for a reason. As I got the box inside I slowly took the parts and realized why. The construction of this chair is amazing. Almost all steel, hence the weight, and they did not spare any cost providing very stout components. The assembly was simple. My wife and I had it together in no time and could not believe how good it felt. I am 6′ 1″ and unfortunately weigh around 330 lbs. Working on lowering that second number. Every chair I brough home for the office has slowly been broken over time, usually in areas where they used plastic instead of steel components. This chair feels durable and is great for my aching back. My wife is 5’1″ and can use the chair though she looks like Lily Tomlin on that rocking chair on Laugh In. It is big. This is only day 2 so I can’t speak to the durability, but by the look and feel off it, it will last. The only suggestion I would make is to buy the suggested wheels. That is the one area that could be stronger in my most humble of opinions. I have the wheels inbound and will replace the stock ones. The stock ones are probably good enough, but the rest of the chair is strong, they seem out of place. As of today, I highly recommend this chair.

This chair has a very wide chair space with room to spare. The arm rests adjust. The seat has a lot of cushion and is very comfortable. It’s a heavy chair so the quality in the build is there. It is easy to assemble but again the parts are heavy. It is height adjustable. The only thing is that the back portion of the chair doesn’t hug your back. Perhaps because I am 5’4, my back doesn’t really touch the back of the chair. However, the strong build of the chair allows me to still have good posture and place a pillow to cushion my back. Otherwise, the chair is great and I am loving the support. It glides on my wooden floors easily and smoothly without damaging the floors. Very comfy!

I was looking for a chair with a deep seating surface and a padded waterfall edge…and this does fit the bill. It was easy to put together ( took about an hour) and is very comfortable and seems well made. BUT……the casters are terrible! They don’t roll at all . But they can be replaced easily as they seem to be a standard size.All in all, will be a good addition to my office.

Iâve been looking for a good office chair for years and have tried numerous chairs. Finally found one that I can sit in for long periods of time and maintain productivity.First, the pieces of the chair are heavy and appear solidly constructed. I feel confident about putting my weight on the chair and arm rests without worrying about breaking it.Iâm 6â1â, about 330lbs and wear 2X-3X shirts.The arm rest positions do not inhibit manspreading for me. The cloth seat is much less cold in the winter time than my leather chair, the mesh back is also comfortable and the lumbar is firm. I need that.Also the arm rests. I hate arm rests on chairs and often keep them flipped up, but for my body, these are positioned perfectly and I use them.The chair has the tension control to control the recline, but is fairly standard.I changed the wheels to the inline skate wheels but I do that for all my office chairs so thatâs not a deal breaker for me.I bought it on sale for about $150, but it is worth its price point at over $200 in my opinion.My other chairs are great, but I like sitting in this chair. I like it enough to write a review on it.

I am pretty tough with reviews as money is tight and I agonize over making a large purchase. I am a big guy (300 lbs.) and spend a lot of time in my office. I desire a comfortable chair that gives solid support and is comfortable to spend hours in. It arrived on the scheduled date and came in one box (a little on the heavy side). It was well packaged and easy to get all the parts out. I found it very easy to assemble (took less than 20 minutes). It is nicely padded, lots of positions for the arm rests, and cool webbing for the back. Due to our new hardwood floor, I choose to replace the plastic casters with “Lifelong Office Chair Wheels Replacement Chair Casters for Hardwood Floors – $39.99). They are like greased lightening! I love everything about this chair and would order it again if needed.
