Read through the reviews and go to the 1-stars first. It did not have a smell as some of the negative reviews said and it was ready to sleep on in like 20 minutes. My back and neck issues from using a 4 inch memory foam topper I found were resolved in about 2 days. The cover is super soft, easy to put on and the sheets dont slide around. Because it is winter I am not sure about temp control but has been perfect thus far.
I only received a bottle of cookie dough Jordanâs cookie syrup in my order. Where are the other 2 bottles? I was charged for a set of 3 –
My grown children complained the mattress in the guest room was too hard. I decided to try one of these for Christmas & they both said it made their bed more comfortable & they got a good nights sleep. I would buy it again if needed.

Worth it to spend money.Very comfy, high quality matress topper.It has a kinda new product smell when you open the package. But it dissapears in 2 days.It wasnât a big problem for me.If you are very sensitive about that, I would recommend you open the package first, leave it somewhere else for few days and then use it.

I love everything Casper! This topper really helped soften my very hard mattress and gives lots of support. There was minimal outgassing. The cover is well designed. I thought I needed a new mattress, but this will do the job for a good long while. Great value!

The Casper website shows this: “All our polyurethane foams are CertiPUR-US® certified. They are made without ozone-depleting chemicals and phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The foams have been tested for low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).”… The reality is that I have had this topper for 2 weeks and the strong chemical odor “offgassing” has not disappear as expected. This means it is not low VOC. VOCs are toxic compounds, and the human nose, although not nearly as accurate as specialized testing, should be a good alert that something is not right.
