Appearance
The stools themselves are very nice. Hard sturdy seats and backs. Be sure to put the 16″ bar to the back of the stool and the 14″ bar to the front of the stool. It makes a big difference in making them level to the floor. They also have rubber on the bottoms of the stools to prevent them from scratching you floors.

Worst customer service and chairs
Very difficult to put together, once out together they are flimsy and wobbly. Returned and they charged me a 50% restocking fee, cause box was ripped when I got it and returned the same way. Got chairs with a bit of marks didnât care but there charging me for there marks on the chair.So many other sellers easy to deal with, this company isnât at all.Bad service and bad product

Absolutely beautiful.
One of them was so difficult to assemble and most of them not even. But that doesn’t bother us. We use floor protection to make it more even and that works very well. Most of all I love them, they are gorgeous and perfect in our kitchen.

Cheap and warped
So difficult to put together, nothing lines up my wife and I had to bend the crap out of these to get the screws in. We kept them because after the fight we had with them putting them together no way we were sending the chairs back.. I guess you get what you pay for. Based on reviews their seems to be some quality control issues.

Warped and missing chair legs
The holes do not line up, I paid for 3 chairs and only got 3 seats and 2 sets of legs, the box has the number â3â crossed out and 2 written on it it permanent markerâ¦.. very unorganized
