NICE chair for the price
The chair it self i have have no problems with. It was very easy to assemble well to me anyhow and does not feel cheap looks good and the best part was a company that still builds with metal base instead of this plastic that breaks or cracks easy. I am big person so comfort was a big deal for me when sitting down for my work and it also delivered this. I did however have a small problem in which the company was fast to act on and resolved in a quick and timely manner. Thank you for that.

Solid and comfortable chair!
After nearly 6 months of daily use for work, this has been a sturdy, supportive and comfortable chair.Assembly was a bit frustrating as I felt some of the steps were either not clear or might have been referencing a different model. It took me about an hour to assemble. I ended up with 5 extra screws in addition to the “spare” screws provided, but I am sure there was no place for them on the chair or any reference to them in the manual.The only negatives about the chair itself are that it does sometimes fall back abruptly when I lean back until it locks into position. The lever to adjust the lock for the back tilt is also positioned very low and can be hard to reach.The lumbar support is nice, adjusted by as simple knob on the side. I like the range of positions supported by the back tilt, which goes back to an almost horizontal position. The foot rest has become one of my favorite features and I couldn’t go back to a chair without one. It felt a bit flimsy at first, but has continued to supported the weight of my legs extended or crossed and has enabled a new range of positions to sit in.In the end I am happy with the chair and would recommend it!

Comfortable chair with great lumber support
I recently purchased an office chair from this company and I am very pleased with it. The chair is comfortable and supportive, and it looks great in my office. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. The chair is adjustable in height and tilt, so I can customize it to my needs. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for a quality office chair.

Almost what I expected
The chair is big enough and seems to hold the weight but the back control is difficult to reach and I am finding it is already getting loose at the hinge. The pull out leg rest is really flimsy and I am expecting it to break off anytime. I am 6â 2â and 300 lbs and it almost works for me!!!

Topples easily
My 5/8 wife who isn’t more than 200 made it topple sideways, ended up on the floor.Hollow seat for parts in shipping, needs something like sand or ball bearings inside to make it more sturdy like you would store sand bags in a trunk of a RWD car for traction. The brand name chair has more support, and the legs are one piece not requiring assembly. Pass on this, we sold our fully assembled chair at a loss because the box was already trashed. If you are on carpet, maybe this chair would work. I did like how it could recline but wasn’t for us.

broke in the first hour.
It was easy to assemble, it was comfortable when sitting on it, however not even 1 hour after making it the connecter between the seat and backrest, snapped and the chair is now unusable. I’m 220LBS and this thing was marketed as being able to hold up 400lbs. What a shame…..

the support is good other than the back moves, i canât figure out how to get it to stay stationary. the assembly was easy with the instructions and marked screws although the last few screws didnât fit so I had to go buy ones that did. It is a comfy chair, the material is nice apart from the couple things mentioned above.
