I was scared as I opened up the box and laid the mattress on the bed.It was not puffing. I laid it rest for the whole day and when i came back at night it was puffed fully. The mattress is so comfy to sleep, and its foam will adjust as per your bpdy shape. Its not that firm though. This is my third mattress from them.

I purchased this memory foam bed because of the constant back pain I have, and so far it has not relieved that problem. I am hoping as time goes on, it will make the pain go away because it can be a comfortable mattress, except I am a side sleeper, it is really only comfortable on my back.
