    unless you are using an induction top or have a small eye to use this on I wouldn’t recommend THIS IS KEY “Ensure heat source is not larger than the base diameter”If you are making a latte and your pressure gets up the pressure relief is by the handle where you will need to grab to move it, you could just cut the heat and leave it but the Bakelite handle gets hot, This would be great for camping, but with a gas range with large eyes its not ideal and the steam frother wouldn’t completely seal unless you really crank down on it and then to open it you grab the hot handle and risk burning yourself.
