Wow!!!
I had a Ghost Bed mattress topper, and had been tossing and turning for almost a year, not sleeping well and and waking up achey. It was time for a firmer, more supportive topper that was also suited to side sleepers, and I definitely chose the right one! It is the first time in a long time and not MOVED all night. I was so comfortable! Perfect mix of support and softness. Definitely reccomend to folks looking for that “Goldilocks” topper.

The only thing is the topper is rolled very tightly and you need to let it expand for awhile before use.
I was pleased with the topper in general. Comfort level is great. We replaced the one we had on our bed and we have no complaints.

Comfortable mattress improvement
I love the comfort and thickness of this mattress topper.
I believe that springs had broken in my mattress and I was no longer able to sleep without hip pain. I bought this topper so hopefully I wouldn’t feel the springs. It worked very well. Not only did I not have pain. I was able to sleep through the night.
Only thing is, I hope with time it continues to plump up. It was looking a bit compressed (from packaging) 8 hours after opening.

Product arrived on time as expected. Upon opening the package, it did not give an odour. The topper is very comfortable.

No muss no fuss just an easier nights sleep
Most importantly, despite the material that came with the topper suggesting that some of the toppers may offgass a bit, this one didn’t at all. No smell, which was nice, especially because even after a few days, some of our other toppers would still smell enough I wouldn’t sleep on them. This one was for one of the children, so even more important that there was no smell. It cam packaged quite small for a toopper. Vaccuum sealed and super flat. The box also included a handy “envelope opener” style blad that made quick work of removing the two layers of plastic. The first layer just keeps everything rolled up, like a sleeping blanket bag. Once the mattress was unrolled, you just open the two ends and slide the plastic off the topper. We half expected it to pop open like a huge piece of popcorn, but it was not dramatic at all. Once the second plastic came off, just leave the topper alone to decompress. We left ours for two days. It was great when ready. Firm enough to add support, yet the memory foam was supple. Looking inside the very nice zippered topper cover, the topper itself has a layer of memory foam, and what looks like just another closed foam, blue on top (memory) and white on the bottom (closed foam). It seems like a good match, because the topper behaves just as one would expect. You don’t sink into it like a water bed, and you don’t lay on top like a cotton top mattress, you just ease into the topper and relax. It probably is cool in the summer, but right now its winter, so the warm sheets on top of it don’t really let one feel if the thing is cool or not, but comfortable it is. Really appreciate the quality of the zippered topper cover as well — looks like another slim mattress actually. Almost didn’t want to give it to the child it was inteded for, but they are enjoying it now, and we’ll think about this one again when it comes time to replace the older one on our bed.

Great to add comfort to an older mattress
We regularly lay in our kids beds at night time when they need help getting to sleep or wake up, but often find ourselves with sore hips and backs after too long in their (older) mattresses. Since they don’t have strong comfort preferences yet, we usually get pretty firm mattresses but we as adults really notice the lack of cushion when we get up. Enter this product, the BedStory Twin Memory Foam Mattress Topper, 3 Inch Cooling Gel Foam Mattress Topper. We added this to our kids bed and have noticed a great improvement in comfort of even laying on the bed for a small amount of time. I especially find on my side that my arms used to go numb a bit but don’t find that anymore. There was a bit of a smell when we opened up the package initially, but after 1 day it had all gone away. Easy to install with the ties/clips that go around the mattress corners and just enough of a cushion without too much height that it still fits nicely under our sheets. Very happy with this so far.
