Easy to open and place on bed.Took just a couple of hours to âpuff upâ to size.Fold in middle from shipping, flattened out as I set some linen on top for overnight.Didnât notice any odour.It is quite comfortable with enough firmness.I am pleased.

Was a bit sceptical ordering online – but so glad that I did. We have an old springy mattress, and the topper added a soft (but still supportive) touch to it. Back pain is gone! After reading reviewed that it doesnât fully go up to the full # of inches, we ordered the 4â – which is really about 3â. The line in the middle went away by massaging the area as recommended in the instruction book.

Not truly memory foam
When I bought this i was honestly expecting it to be thick and slow down sink like memory foam does. I was mostly sold by the great reviews and the picture of the child sleeping on the mattress with barely any of the cushy squish u get normally, like a firm and slow sink type you know? I had an old topper just like the slow sinking type memory foam and its so good but I recently upgraded my bed and needed another topper. So basically, yes i am outright being bias comparing this mattress to the one i had previously which brought me severe disappointment. But oh well, i already bought the mattress and undid the wrapping.Anyways when i opened it i was disappointed cuz it was quite thinner than expected and barely firm. It was a cushy squish. A huge noticeable thing that on the floor you could still feel the floor quite a lot⦠compared to my old mattress which u can barely feel the floor.On an actual bed itâs actually quite nice, which is the main reason i gave it a 4 star. I don’t feel the lower back stress after laying down after sitting on an office chair or standing for so long. And it does have an effect of feeling firm on the areas I’m not laying on.So overall its good, but could be better. If your looking for a firmer mattress, this is not it.Update: after 2 weeks of sleeping on this topper I’m experiencing back pain from laying on it for too long ð lmaoo

Came on time with fast shipping price was very good was able to grab it on sale !! Let it sit for 48 hours plus a bit and it is so very comfortable!! Bought it for husbandâs birthday gift but I may as well say Iâm enjoying it probably even more than him so very glad we purchased!! What is that dmn SMELL.
The smell after opening and waited days before I sleep on it. THE SMELL ISN’T NORMAL WHAT IS THAT?I ask their customer support for a refund but won’t listen to my issues they will ignore you no matter what.Not true to size. I washed the cover 3 times god dmn. THE STRONG SMELL IS STILL THERE… SMELLS LIKE A POISON CIGAR or Somethings been in storage for a long time and rotten carboard it is suffocating.The fact that I had to leave it outside for few days such a waste of money. and their customer support will never listen to your reasoning, also told me they’re going for a 3 day holiday and won’t be able to reply to me is funny. I suggest not to buy this topper look for a different brand name. Customer support was something else …
