We purchased this topper for a 4 month old mattress that we found very uncomfortable. We got such an awesome deal on this we couldn’t not buy it. We opened it and let it rest for the 48 hours. We didn’t get any offence smell from this topper. Looks exactly like pictured.We have only used this one night but find it very comfortable. It is quite soft so I am worried that it will become permanently sunk in. I have decided when I do my weekly sheet change I am going to rotate the topper. I will update periodically to let you know how it goes.

I got the delivery 4 days early. As soon as I cut the plastic off, topper puffed itself to its full size without any need to wait for 48-72 hours. My hometown weather may also be playing role in this. I felt the slight odour at first but it was gone in a few minutes. I used the topper right away to sleep.Itâs little warm and doesnât give cooling effect. Best for winters. Thickness is as promised and it sinks in so well. Sleeping on cloud feel! Setting up was easy and fun too.I felt a slight pain in my back on first nights, but maybe itâs because I am not used to soft mattresses and this is my first time. Regarding durability, will get to know as I continue using it. Overall, the best buy!ðð»

I purchased this 3″ topper to supplement by Zinus bed that is less than a year old after it began giving me excruciating back pain. However, the topper is *very* squishy, for lack of a better term – once you’re in it, it’s hard to move out of it. I am also a cold-natured person, and this thing is HOT. Which is not going to work since I live in humid Houston. **customer service contacted me and made it right!**

I bought this to make my daughter’s bed more comfortable. I was a little weary of it when I first opened it up, as one of the creases didn’t smooth out over the 2 days, it took more like a week. But it fits our queen size bed well and definitely make the bed much more comfortable.

This is an alright mattress topper.My mattress is too firm for my significant other, so I purchased this topper. Honestly, I sleep better with this topper than without it.The thing is fine, but fits poorly on the bed. The queen size is at least three inches too short for my queen size bed lengthwise. I have to pull it all the way to the head to avoid losing my pillow, which leaves an oddly short mattress topper at the foot.Good news it, we’re not THAT tall, so it only looks funny.In addition to the odd fit, the fitted sheet style (which is great in theory and the reason I purchased this particular topper) falls short of expectations. Likely due to the shortened pad, the elastics do not fit well and slip off the bed, requiring us to strip and tighten the topper regularly.
