clanking noise
I had to return it and it was not easy taking it apart and shipping it back via dropping it off at the post office.No problem with a refund .I had high hopes as this was a big investment and I wanted a good chair but there was a sharp banging noise when leaning back and also this chair is massive and weighs a lot. I am approximately 6ft1inch and I my feet barely touch the floor on the lowest height setting. One plus it was very soft to sit on.

Its comfortable, its big and its tall and missing a few features from other chairs
The overall quality of it is amazing. Its super comfortable and nice.I do have to admit that I’m 6ft tall so I got this chair wanting to get a “big and tall” office chair. The headrest doesn’t go up to my head. Its tippy top is at the top of my neck.And the arm rests. Is super low. And I’m super disappointed about it. How are you going to make a chair for the big and tall and then have no support and i mean no support for big and tall arms. I got a full 2-3 inches from desk height that I have for my arms to the arm rests.If i had my elbows on it I could very well be reaching for the mouse and keyboard on my desk. But thats not comfortable, neither of the options I have for arm resting is.
