    I loved the sturdiness and the overall simple instructions for assembly. The instructions were funny and had some sense of humor to them, and the instructions and diagrams were incredibly easy to comprehend. The tempered glass is great with what I have loaded on them, and the form factor of the cart itself justifies the price. Would definitely recommend.

    We received our bar cart and tried to put it together and immediately knew something was wrong. The directions state that the bar cart should take around 30 minutes to put together and we were hitting the one hour mark. After some close examinations we were able to see that one of the pieces wasn’t manufactured properly. I emailed Nathan James customer service, sent pictures and heard back from them immediately. They were apologetic, helpful and sent us a replacement right away – without any of the hassle of sending our defected one back (which Amazon would have made us do).We got our replacement bar cart a couple days later, put it together in less than 30 minutes, and we are now enjoying our cart.It looks great, it is good quality, and the directions were fun (some cute jokes in there) and easy to understand. I would absolutely recommend this product and their customer service!
