They promptly shipped the missing piece without any hassle, ensuring that I could fully assemble the set without delay.The only hiccup I experienced was with the delivery process, which is specific to my location. The table and stools were shipped separately, with the table arriving via UPS and the stools via USPS. Unfortunately, USPS does not deliver oversized packages to my apartment complex, requiring me to pick them up in person from the post office. However, Costway’s customer service went above and beyond by reimbursing me $10, which covered the cost of an Uber ride from the post office to my house.Overall, I am highly satisfied with the Costway 3-piece bar table set. Not only is it well-crafted and sturdy, but the exceptional customer service provided by Costway ensures that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved. I would highly recommend this set to anyone in need of a stylish and functional dining solution for their home.
