Excellent stools at a great price
We bought them for our newly renovated kitchen. We have a countertop height island now and these are the perfect height, weight, quality and comfort level you could ask for. Easy to assemble and solid construction. They match our diningroom chairs in colour and fabric. Extremely happy with our choice and would recommend them to anyone!

All in all these went together as easy as any other flat pack furniture. Well thought out though and sturdy.
Well except for one thing.
The lower rungs use wood screw to secure them to the legs. These screws do not have a predrilled hole and unless you are equipped to create them they are nearly impossible to properly put together.
All together though they look good and work well.

The chair itself is very nice, sturdy and comfortable. But very disappointed to see that the package arrived damaged with 31 of the âhardwareâ pieces (nuts, bolts, screws etc.) missing.

J’ai un problème avec 2 chaises au niveau du rembourrage

En général je suis très satisfait de mes achats sur amazone. Cette fois-ci je vis une très grande déception et je ne sais pas quoi faire. J’ai commandé en novembre 2021 4 chaises pour ilot que j’ai reçues rapidement ce que j’apprécie. Je trouvais le look et le style vraiment beau. Quand je les ai reçu je les trouvais confortables et le rembourrage au niveau du fessier me satisfaisait. En temps de covid on a reçu peu de personne donc peu utiliser les chaises et on vit 2 personnes dans la maisons avec un poids normal 136 ils et 153 livre chacun. Malheureusement a mon grand désarroi j’ai 2 chaises qui ont déjà un creux au milieu du fessier. je n’en reviens pas après seulement si peu de temps. Ma déception est que je ne peux pas rien faire avec ca. Que me conseillez-vous. Là mes 2 chaises sont moins confortables car on sens le déjà le bois sous le rembourrage. Les 2 autres chaises sont corrects car on les utilise moins. Je ne trouve pas ca normal que ce rembourrage dur si peu longtemps ce sont quand même des chaises qui sont dispendieuses. Pouvez-vous me conseiller s.v.p. Merci

These stools are beautiful and have a more elegant appeal to them. I ordered them to match my new rugs and sectional, and the color was spot-on. My only complaint is that they do tend to slide on my tiled floor. I have yet to find something that will stick to the bottom of the legs for more than a few weeks, to prevent the sliding. Other than that, the stools have been perfect and very useful.

Did not even get to use product – the chair base arrived broken and had to stop unpacking and return. Was extremely upset as now I have to take time to haul to UPS and wait for a replacement on a heavy item.
UPDATE – Received the new stools. Extremely hard to put together, and the advertised seat height is about 3 inches higher at 29 inches that the 26 that it says in the information specs. This is very frustrating to me as the stools are too high for my liking to be at the counter. I specifically read and measured to make sure this did not happen, and yet it is still not what I wanted. I am not updating my rating as my return price that was refunded and the repurchase price was also about a $30 increase!! I am really not happy with this product’s customer service, description, or ease of build. It does look ok, and I’m not sure I want to go through the hassle of trying to return these once again.
UPDATE #3 – returned for the 2nd time, front crossbar broke upon assembly due to crack already there. Could have glued, but with the faulty description and the awful comfort that this stool has, decided to return once again. I would not recommend this chair at all!

I got these because they look nice, and were priced well. I ordered 2 sets of chairs (4 total) but when the first was delivered i had asked if they had the second set and was told they only had one shipped. Apparently they were assigned to different deliveries, which caused the 2nd set of chairs not to be delivered as promised.
Assembly:
The instructions were useless. Took an unreasonable amount of time to assemble, holes are not aligned or don’t exist so cracking the wood and stripping the screws are almost unavoidable. The instructions do tell you how to adjust the bottom piece to prevent the wobble, however you have to unscrew one of the bottom caps almost half-way to achieve the desired goal, and if the manufacturer is aware enough of the issue to include the resolution on the instructions (pretty much the only useful tip on them) I cannot undertake why they wouldn’t just adjust the leg piece to fit properly at the correct height. The half screwed end cap is very noticeable and inconvenient and I can’t imagine that they will last long.
Overall:
The chairs look nice and until someone moves them they won’t notice the half-screwed endcap on the front leg. I would not recommend, and I would not purchase again.
