we ordered this in a “open box price so we knew it wouldn’t be 100% however the damagewas very significant and noticeable there was a huge chunk out of the top that could not be concealed.We have purchased many open box items and never had a problem. but this was a game changer.

Missing pieces
This item came missing assembly parts and I was indeed given a percentage off due to the fact they claimed parts are not available ( but they are still selling this item). I went to try and find parts ( cam locks and bolts etc) and I was unable to find at 3 large hardware stores the correct sizes so I had to settle and so due to this the table isnât study and looks cheap. Iâm so disappointed with how much I spent on this item.

Received damaged product.
Packaging arrived in OK condition but table inside appears to have been previously assembled. Screws and bolts show wear. We purchased a new product. Table size is perfect for what we want so hoping to get a better quality product upon reorder.

The support ring that holds the legs was missing screws and what screws were there were stripped out, Tried reattaching suppot ring but the wood of the table was so cheap it would not hold the screws.

Easy to put together although one of the holes was off center and I had to drill a larger hole to align the bolt properly. Having said that I would definitely recommend this table!

This table looks great, and was very easy to assemble. Seems sturdy – as in it doesn’t wobble. I bought the white one last year (2022) for my airbnb. And sadly, it’s not held up at all. First of all the top came with a big ding in it right out of the box, but I wasn’t going to send it back for that one thing. I figured a table with one mark on it is ok. But very quickly it gathered lots of marks. As the days have gone by it seems that anything the guests sit on it leaves a mark somehow. It’s really looking bad, like it’s many years old already and it’s barely a year old. I’m here on Amazon today scrolling thru coffee tables to find something to replace it with already, reading reviews on other tables, and thought I should leave a review for this one.

UPDATE: Contacted the manufacturer and they were very quick to send a replacement top. Updated review to reflect this! Great customer service. ORIGINAL COMMENTS: Box showed no damage so I took everything out and ended up discarding the box before assembling the table. Found a broken leg mount (although fixable and not visible as it is underneath the table). But major issue was a debt on the top edge of the table. Assuming Iâm stuck with it since I donât have the box to return it in, so make sure you check it before assembly. Decent table if itâs not damagedâ¦
