I love the bed so far. The instruction were pretty clear, but 2 older ladies doing it got a little confusing. lol Very heavy for elderly to move around, Needs at least 2 people to set up, but if you work together fast set up. Everything works great and help this old body, I’m short so it is a little high to step down, but not bad

 The motor for the hhe bed stopped working after 3 days. Motor makes a loud humming noise. I followed all the troubleshooting I could find. Trying to work with giantex is a joke.Very frustrating to pay so much for an item that is so heavy and expensive to try to return. I paid way too much for what is now a flat “adjustable” bed.
