Firm. Perfect for people with back issue/concern
This mattress is on the firmer side. No complain. Perfect sleep and support thru the night. It’s great for people has back pain. This is our 3rd foam mattress. We had a Magniflex for over 10 years. It was expensive but money worth spent. We would like to upgrade to a King size mattress but a Magniflex was out of our budget. We also have an Endy in twin. It’s nice foam mattresses on a budget but it’s too soft/plush for our backs. When we came across this one, many reviewers mentioned this is firm or too firm. This was the one!! Great quality and price. Inflated in 24 hours.

Very Happy Sleeper
I was very weary about purchasing a mattress online, that in the case I didn’t like, would be a pain to return once opened and expanded. However, my experience has been very good with this mattress. It is thick, firm and extremely comfortable. I presumed I was having major back issues and was extremely sore after a nights rest due to an old mattress so I purchased this. I’ve had a good nights sleep and no more back pain since getting this mattress. There was no smell as some have mentioned. I also slept in the spare room for 2 nights to allow it to completely expand and do its job. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I bought this bed back in November, I am so glad that I did. If you love a firm bed this bed is for you! Amazing! I havenât had a good night sleep in a long time, until this bed! So happy with this purchase. I will say again, it is a firm bed. You want to like a firm bed in order to love this bed.It came to life in a day, no smell what so ever. Higher than advertised which was awesome!Life changing bed!

needed a new mattress and ended up going with this one. If you like a firm mattress, this is the one for you but for me it was a bit too firm so i ended up getting a mattress topper with it and now its more soft to my liking and still has the proper support from the mattress being firm.

Mattress is great don’t expect it to show up on time though
The mattress is great. Super comfortable, doesn’t bounce much. The price is (or was) great. If you’re a prime member and you have 1-2 day shopping DO not expect it to show up on time. Mine was approx 2 weeks late. Other than that it’s a great purchase

I have Zero complaints and only rave reviews. Buying a mattresses is harder than some might think. This is somewhere you’re recommended to spend a third of your day… ( if we could be so lucky!) Fantastic buy! I am thrilled that it worked for me and I also bought a twin for my young son and he loves it….I am now buying one for my elderly mother..You can not go wrong with the price point either. Worth every penny.And take it from me.. I am about to buy my third mattress…I’ve already highly recommended this product to friends and family! Worth taking the chance on.

Have had this mattress for over a year now and its quality and comfort have still held up. I cannot recommend it enough. I used to wake up with back pain every morning from sleeping on a cheap box spring but have woken up refreshed ever since this purchase

THE BEST
One of the best beds I’ve ever slept in. Returned my Sleep Country Bloom bed for one of these after sleeping on it for 1 night. Best decision, it is so comfy, my back doesnt hurt anymore. The firmness is perfect and hasnt gotten softer after 3 months. So good I bought one for my parents spare bedroom for when I go visit so I can have a good sleep there.

We have purchased several mattresses in our lives. Some cheap, some super expensive (like thousands of dollars), some boxed and some spring. We decided to go for this one when we saw it on sale and bought the 12â, California king. This is BY FAR the best mattress weâve ever bought and we are SO glad we went for it.My husband has nerve damage from an accident and since sleeping on this mattress, his pain has been reduced by more than half. I am usually a very light sleeper, tossing and turning all night, waking up every time he moves. With the mattress, I fall asleep and stay asleep until my alarm goes off.It is firm, supportive, and molds perfectly to your body. My husband and I are both on the heavier side, and nearly two months in, this mattress is still perfect. No signs of drooping or sagging. Out of the box it filled right up, and even though there was a very slight plastic smell from the wrapping, it was gone by the time we made the bed. We let it breathe and expand several days, but honestly a couple hours after opening it had already filled out beautifully.I can not recommend this mattress enough. If you are on the fence because youâve been let down by previous boxed mattresses, take the plunge anyways. Itâs amazing. And the price is unbelievable.When itâs time to replace other mattresses in our house we will be getting these!

Not everyone likes a firm mattress, but for some people it is essential. This 12 inch Chime Express Memory Foam Mattress is essential for me; FIRM. While it is firm and does not rock, shake or move in any way, the top is still soft so that your body is cushioned.I have been using an air mattress for years (other than an assignment to the middle east where I was issued a bed) and I had gotten used to the flexibility; I could fill or deflate to suit my needs. However, while the air mattress is very flexible, easy to move and replace and contrary to experiences had by others, mine were pretty enduring, it was time for me to get a real bed.I purchased a bedroom suite and needed a mattress. I first started with one of the hybrid inner spring/memory foam mattresses. It came with amazing reviews, however, I felt as if I was being sucked into the mattress. It threatened to overwhelm me (picture a YouTube video of a dog running off a porch into some snow and sinking down into the snow until the dog is no longer visible), this was my exact experience with the hybrid inner spring/memory foam mattress. The bed was so soft, so forgiving, that I not only could not sleep I could not find a comfortable position in which to just lay down and relax. When I gave up after about 5 hours of tossing and turning to sleep on the couch, I found that my muscles all over my body had seized or become so sore that my best option was a very hot bath to release them.On the other hand, this 12 inch Chime Express Memory Foam Mattress has provided some of the best nights’ sleep I have ever had.It arrived on time, the delivery guy was very polite and it was a lot lighter than the hybrid innerspring/memory foam mattress I had purchased first. It unrolled easily, expanded (not as quickly as the hybrid mattress) and had no noticeable smell. I placed it on the frame and left it for about 12 hours. Then made it up and it was just fine.I gave the other mattress away just to get rid of it. I am actually contemplating buying a second one of the 12 inch Chime Express Memory Foam mattresses for the guest bedroom. I can put a thick topper on it for guests that think it too firm.This mattress is not for those that want softness, but for those that need or desire a truly firm mattress, this is the one.

*3 wk-Update*: I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for three weeks and honestly, I just can’t seem to get comfortable and I think it’s because it’s just too firm. I think it feels like it’s an extra firm mattress that has a little layer of softer foam right on top… which accounts for the bit you do sink in, but when you do sink in, you inevitably hit the firmer foam below it. I’ve been having some back discomfort while trying to get comfortable on this mattress. I’m not saying the mattress is causing any further back pain, but it’s not doing my existing back pain any favors or affording me any relief. I already ordered a different mattress from another company to try that out, and if I get better sleep on that one, then I’ll be returning this one. I hate to do that as it’s a mattress and I don’t think they can resell it. If I do initiate a return, I’ll update the review to reflect the returns process. I don’t mean to dissuade anyone from purchasing this mattress. I should note that there are plenty of “pros” such as… the mattress arrived very clean and without much of an “off-gassing” odor. It’s fairly easy to get in and out of the bed, and I don’t feel like I’ll fall off if I’m near the edge. I really believe this might be a terrific mattress for someone who likes a really firm bed with a bit of a soft top.*(initial review)*I didn’t take any photos because there are already a lot of photos of this mattress. I’m just here to give my opinion. I got this mattress on 10/26 and today is 10/29, so I’ve only had 3 nights on this mattress so far. The mattress arrived clean and in perfect condition. I let it inflate most of the first day and then put a zippered hypoallergenic mattress cover on it, then sheets, bedding,etc. before jumping into bed. Lesson learned, don’t jump… this isn’t a bouncy bed! It is firm, but the top layer has definite sink to it. Not too much though, just enough. The bed I frustratingly threw out just days before getting this was a Beautyrest Recharge. It was the most horrible bed I ever had the displeasure of wasting hard-earned money on. I was waking every morning feeling like my spine had been twisted into a pretzel shape! I’m sure those of you out there suffering the same fate know exactly what I mean. That mattress was a pillowtop hybrid and the materials broke down so fast. I couldn’t take it anymore and went to take it off my bed to toss it outside onto the porch, and it wouldn’t even stand upright. It kept trying to fold in half like a taco! Mattresses shouldn’t do that!This one seemed to have decent reviews which is why I purchased it. After only three days, I’m not yet sure whether I love it or not. I definitely don’t hate it. It may just be that my body needs to get adjusted to it. When I get off the bed, I can see and hear the mattress re-inflating and filling in where my body imprint was.The reason I only gave this bed 4 stars is because it’s only been 3 nights so far, and I need more time to make a decision. I found this bed to feel firm, but more on the medium-firm side and not plush at all. I had my little brother lay on it (ok he’s a grown man about 5’7 155lbs), and he thought it felt “hard”. I definitely think that a person’s weight can have something to do with their perceptions regarding the firmness level of this mattress. Keep that in mind if you’re think about purchasing. I’m going to give it a couple more weeks to truly decide if I love this mattress. I’ll update this review in a week or two in case anything changes. Fingers crossed. I want this mattress to be “the one.” One last thing, the bed only inflated to 11 inches, not 12, but maybe it’ll get there one day, and if not it’s no big deal. I’m more concerned with comfort rather than height.
