Delivery was almost a week before expected, so WOW!!Chair seems pretty good, and took me a couple of hours to put together. Damn but I hate Allen keys. Much prefer a bolt, nut, and wrench.But now I’ve got a comfortable chair to last me a good few years, particularly if it’s really the leather they claim and not pleather (feaux leather). Colour is good, and goes back far enough for a great afternoon nap.Edit Later: Despite the information provided, a message from Benchmaster, the manufacturer, says clearly, “All the cushions for this chair model are made of PU material, not leather.” So no matter what claims are made on the web page, this chair is completely faux leather, i.e. pleather, i.e. fake leather, i.e. false leather just as false as the claims about it. Mine is fully assembled and the packing materials have been recycled, so there’s no chance of managing a return. But I know now Never to buy from here again!

Lovely to look at. Solid construction.
These chairs are for TV watching. I gave them three stars because I find them uncomfortable and stiff for a night of TV watching. Service and delivery from the company is excellent.

The assembly was straight forward and quite easy. The item (F) for locking incline/recline adjustment has a washer that was almost lost. I had to dig under the bottom box flaps to retrieve it. I ordered 2 chair /ottoman furnitures and I had to search for the washer both times. I suggest that you tape the washer unto the wooden knob adjuster to secure it. The recliner looks fine but the seat is fairly hard.The back adjustment cannot be tightened enough so it is too loose.

purchased for my RV, its comfortable and looks and fits in the space nicely. Unfortunately, it did not come with the part that keeps it in the recline position or locks it into sit position. Part missing is a washer of sorts and is labeled in the instruction as part F. We requested the part and indicated in the request that it was missing “part F as indicated on the instructions” included in the shipment. They sent a plastic bag of parts but not the requested part F. Be aware that if you don’t get the item as described you will be responsible to return the item at your own cost and it is quite expensive to do so. I would not recommenrd ordering items from Lamps Plus

The chair arrived 6 days earlier than planned. Unfortunately, it was delivered to our neighbors porch and they are not even in town. Luckily I saw the box on their porch and went to investigate. Had to borrow a hand cart to get the chair to our house.We turned the chair on it’s side and it was easy to put together then. I am loving the chair. It gives me just the support I needed on my back.

Love this recliner. Assembly, while not especially difficult, was made more challenging by the inclusion of only drawings for instructions. I realize that the company may be trying to simplify things, and save money, by not having to include multiple language instructions. This only proved to make a simply assembly slightly more difficult. Which in turn made the experience frustrating. But the recliner is both well made and comfortable. It should last for years. It is also very stylish.
