    The product is very beautiful and solid, except being fragile during transportation.I received the package with a minor dent/scuff on the product and a few missing screws.      Love sturdiness, love the light and the foyer! Heat is a good complimentary hot source (I don’t suggest to use it as main heating if you’re living in cold weather)

    Just what I wanted
     This is perfect for my home. It has a lower amperage so as long as the fireplace has its own separate plugin it from the power bar included it does not blow any breakers. The fireplace gives off a decent amount of heat which can be turned on or off. It has several color options. My only complaint is there was no instruction guide for the fireplace and we never did figure out how to put the fireplace rocks in it. Took a while to assemble.

    Very thin wood fastening system leaves it wobbly unless you fix thier poor quality pre assembly damaged corners from insufficient packing materials list goes on. Was so disappointed had friend help me carry from build spor to burn pile amazon do you not police the quality of the product you allow to be sold how bout some consumer protection and not allow junk to be sold

     It is extremely hard to find an electric fireplace with a built-in TV stand. Most electric fireplaces do not have this feature as a TV is typically mounted on the wall. I have a window behind my TV so I need the stand.(although, with this product, you can choose to use the stand, or you can opt out of using the stand If you do have a TV mounted on the wall) I Was pleasantly surprised to find this electric fireplace + tv stand, especially at such an affordable price. it is the perfect size and the perfect finish. With two of us assembling, it took 2 1/2 hours. If it was one person, I would definitely say it would take a complete workday, especially if you’re not fond of paper directions. This thing was quite complicated. It came packaged nicely. this product truly comes with everything you will need. Even cable mounting stickers to hide unsightly cables. Once everything was up and going. I was extremely excited about the outcome. Highly, highly, highly recommend. But definitely get some help with assembly.

     Very easy to follow instructions and had plenty of extra parts. It took a while to assemble because I like making sure everything is aligned properly, especially with the lights and mounting my TV (there were multiple screws for different kinds of TVs so you can pick the one that fits). The app is easy to use (to access warmer colors like yellow, click the color wheel and the yellow at the edge of the circle, not closer in), there are a couple of fire color settings too. The only downside is that the cabinets aren’t as deep, my PS4 hangs over like you can see in the picture. But I don’t mind it too much. I love the magnetic push cabinets and the shine of the TV stand. It’s very easy to wipe down and makes my soundbar amplify sound. The heater works well with temperature adjustment. Cable management is mind blowing, all my cables are hooked up and hidden in the photo! It’s a beautiful piece of furniture and a huge upgrade for my household.

    Started out easy to put together then the pictures weren’t clear. Tools are mixed so whether you plan to wall mount or use the on mount everything is all together. Cord looks long in image. Only 6 ft and needs own outlet. So must have two separate outlets nearby for the fire and the outlets on device.

    It was very easy to set up. Took a few hours. The heater works well in a small size Livingroom and you can adjust it. The lights are bright and very customizable. There is also a timer function on the lights and heater. There are two different remotes. I have a 55 inch TV on mine. Holds it well.
