Very cheap chair, the base broke after a little bit of 2 month of use.This is a cheap product. don’t worth the money.

Great chair
Great chair. The ball does need to be âstretchedâ by inflating and letting rest overnight the re-inflating again (which is typical for any exercise ball) but once that step is done it holds up and works great.

Terrible Item
This chair is absolutely terrible. The ball is too small, parts are missing and the chair itself has no security (nothing tightens properly, and it feels like itâs going to fall apart at any second). We are going through the process of returning it. Donât bother with this terrible item.

my chair fell apart after I had back surgery
Amazon is closed now due to COVID 19 and feel stuck! I had my chair since Oct. 2019 and the parts under chair that were welded came apart and I fell backwards after I had back surgery. I will need to connect with someone on this as this chair needs to be replaced at the least!!!!

Overall the chair is exactly what i expected. The only problem is with The welds on the chair are very inadequate. After 4 days I had to have the welds rewarded. After that it is great

Poor design poor quality – why the high price?
The chair was easy to assembly! Thatâs the only positive thing I can say about it!The chairs squeaks like crazy! Itâs very shaky and not very sturdy which makes it quite uncomfortable to sit in. The handles are suppose to be a hand rest but they are way below your legs so itâs impossible to be used as a hand rest! Itâs poorly made.. and for the price you would think u would get a higher quality but itâs a complete waste of money. Donât waste your money on this one! Iâm in the process of looking for a new chair!

This chair is a total waste of $$$ i.m.h.o.!!! Assembly was hellish because the instructions were totally inadequate!!! Then to add further insult, few of the holes lined up in which to screw the bolts in place. That was in part because THE only tool they provide you for assembly is totally inadequate!!! I purchased it to use it at my computer desk to exercise my core while I worked. NOT POSSIBLE – unless you are child-sized and have a child size desk! It sits very low to the floor and is in no way adjustable for an adult to use at a desk! (And I am but a mere 5′ tall.) Final insult, the yoga ball is really weird – all lumpy and bumpy when inflated – and a very sticky and nasty texture!!! It stuck to the ring in which it sits and I had to keep getting up to pull it loose!!! I sure wish that I had used that money to donate to the Food Bank instead of buying this dismally disappointing chair!

Years ago, my workplace ordered this for me after I suffered from major back issues and had difficulty sitting for hours while doing my case management work. It was a total game changer. A year ago, I moved to a different country, and made sure to order this chair so I could have it in the new place. This is probably the best and most important purchase ever. It is sturdy and strong, but I don’t know how it will fare for those who are on the heavy or large side. For me it is perfect. I have had to reinflate the exercise ball from time to time, but this is really not an issue. I cannot live without this chair. I often sit at the computer and when I use this chair, I feel absolutely no pressure on my spine. I am even possibly able to avoid spine surgery. The ball can be inflated to be soft or firm – like a mattress. This chair is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Pretty cheap construction. I had to return first one because it had huge paint chips and the parts didn’t line up. The replacement was okay. Somewhat difficult to assemble because the screws and holes don’t line up very well. They are made of fairly cheap materials and probably won’t last too long. We bought 4 of them for the office and the chairs squeak like crazy!! No amount of WD-40 can take away the squeaks!

Updated***The chair broke at the welds at the bottom of the chair less than a year after I purchased it. Amazon nor CanDo are willing to replace it. Spend the money and get a better quality chair.Update***This chair squeaks very loudly. If you take a little WD-40 to all the places you had to assemble the chair it will stop the squeaking.I love this chair. I purchased it to replace the chair at my office because my previous chair was giving me lower back pain. The two things I would change is the with of the chair is narrow, I’m a female that is 5’10 and weighs 168 lbs with slightly curvy hips and I fit in the chair well but if I was a little large I might not fit in this chair comfortably. The other thing is it’s squeaky and it’s not the wheels. Besides that, I’m greatful for the lumber relief it has given me.
