Good quality and Serious Company
first, I bought one chair and one lever was broken so I contacted the seller immediately and they answered right away and sent me the replacement right away (took a week). While this was happening, my younger son loved the texture of the chair, the padding (I wish there was more padding on the back rest) and mostly the colour and although I was going to wait for the replacement to order a second chair (I had to see how serious this company was on making things right), my younger son couldn’t wait and I order the second one. About putting it together, it is not hard to understand the instructions my 15 yo did it and I just helped when it came to put the back rest but that’s it and also there were extra nails.Overall, I do recommend the chairs (for me there are not especial and are expensive but kids love them) they are strong (although one of the shoulders is wobbly) it doesn’t affect the function but I don’t know what could they do about either) my son is heavy 215 pounds and tall 6 feet and he fits nicely in the chair; the little cushion is useless and my kids don’t use it (they put a couch cushion).I am giving them 5 stars because the chairs are strong, look cute, well made, and because it is a serious and committed company.

Fell apart within a week
The leg support can’t hold any weight. I only weigh 180 lbs and just resting my legs on the support it cracked the main part of the chair that you sit on, Wich appears to have the thinnest peice of wood possible for support. I did not expect this chair to break so quickly for the price.

bang for the buck!
I’m over 6′ and had a decent naps on this chair so it’s comfortable, It’s also comfortable for long sits and was easy to assemble. Great support from the company and tended to whatever problems I had.

Not sturdy very loose.
Packaging of the chair was very good, all materials used are high quality but the chair once assembled tends to tilt forward if you lean the slightest bit on the edge of your seat which is quite dangerous. I have tightened all the screws located on the chair yet the problem still exists. The foot rest is very wobbly and once putting your legs on it, the foot rest bends downwards at a 30° angle. Massager is actually a vibrator that works fine. Arm rests are not as comfortable due to them being hollow on the inside. Decent starter chair but not something that would last long term. The head rest of the chair is quite bulged out and stiff that makes it just uncomfortable on my neck. The chair seat is pretty big so there’s a lot of room to move around. I am 5’9 and my head reaches about 1 inch above the chair.

Do not buy! Issue in the inclination the backrest keep falling. Update: Issue Resolved
The inclination is out my control if i put more wait it wont hold back its just goes down and becomes a bed, lol.Update:I reported the issue and the company sent me a new part and it works just fine. The chair is super comfortable. I sit on it atleast 12 hours a day, its good as a recliner too and enjoy content. Its clearly a good buy compared to other options available. Plus the seller can be trusted with repairs.Good luck!

Chair is okay but I would buy something else.
Chair came all clear of damage or defects. Easy to put together, about a half hour to assemble with the provided tools.Support is okay and since it comes from a racing seat design, it’s made to be supportive although it’s not meant for long term sitting.Durability is completely different, you tighten everything and it rocks and creaks. This is not a well built chair. It sits slanted and is far from sturdy. The wheels do not work well on a carpeted surface (something I cannot change) and the chair just doesn’t sit still. The hand rests move around even though it cannot be tighten further and the backrest doesn’t lock in place.I want to return but I know most of the refund will be eaten by shipping cost. I’ve had the chair for 2 weeks

 Came with no instructions.. not sure what to do with any of this. No instructions on listing either
