Love my chair!!
This is a well-constructed, solid wood chair. The color is gorgeous and it has a comfy vinyl cushion seat. It’s roomy and you don’t feel pinched when sitting. I highly recommend! 👍

Awesome Chair
This chair is very comfortable and solid. Make sure you have the time to assemble (took me an hour – was being careful). Assembly – I also used the mallet for the plugs. The inside arms took a while to figure out how to get them in – I used the wooden wedge they provided for the caster assembly to give me leverage and used the mallet to tap them in. I ordered three more.Update: One chair was sent with damaged parts, miscoloured plugs 3/4 is okay I guess.

Frustrating product experience/Terrible quality control
This should be a review about a nice, solid wood office chair with lovely colouring. Unfortunately, it’s about frustration.I ordered this chair for my husband and it arrived in mid-November. He opened it on Christmas Day and loved it! A couple of days later he went to assemble and there were a couple of issues. First, the actual seat was damaged in the box as about an inch to inch-and-a-half section of edge had been crushed in. Second, it included two right arms in the package!We were outside Amazon’s 30 day return policy, but made a claim anyways. Amazon eventually agreed to send another chair for our troubles. About a week later the second chair came in. It looked perfect and everything was going well until he had to install the caster wheels to the base. As per the instructions he used a rubber mallet to gently hit them into place, but they wouldn’t go in easily as described. He read reviews on the product page and learned that others found this to be more work than instructed too. He began to use more force with the mallet and then we ran into the next issue – the metal support/spring in the base of the legs are soldered to two brackets that hold it stably to the wood – the bracket closest to the wheel broke loose and the wood cracked on the second bracket closer to the base of the chair (see attached photos).Needless to say, my husband really wants to like this chair, but he’s pretty frustrated and disappointed with the whole thing. This should have been a standard assembly, but he’s about to make another claim, so wish us luck.EDIT on Jan. 17, 2021BUYER BEWARE. My husband’s second attempt to assemble using the replacement chair – low and behold, the holes don’t line up! As you can see with the newly added pictures, the two outside screws are off centre in opposite directions. Best practice of gradually tightening screws when assembling wooden furniture makes no difference. This is some terrible quality control here.I’m making a case with Amazon and the manufacturer, but at this point, I feel the manufacturer needs to fix this with a chair they can guarantee that will assemble correctly or issue a full refund. Wish us luck!EDIT on Jan. 19, 2021My husband was able to assemble the chair with some adjustments and he’s finally using the chair. It’s a shame it was such a painstaking process because he really likes the chair. For the record, all of the Amazon CSRs were polite, understanding and professional, and they did what they could to fix the scenario. They reached out and spoke with the manufacturer on my behalf and they were even prepared to give a full refund to purchase a different chair.BUYER BEWARE: It seems that the manufacturer does not stand behind their product. The manufacturer was flippant and rigid with Amazon about the issues experienced. Despite the friendly language to contact them for any issues, the only thing they were willing to do was send replacement parts that would take upwards of 5 months to ship to my house.

Faulty Gas Lift Cylinder
I love this chair and most things about it, but I would like to say that there are two items that stop me from giving it a better review.1. The gas list cylinder that comes with the chair from the manufacturer is faulty on my product and keeps lowering without me touching the handle to do so. Now, I will have to spend more money to purchase a heavy duty gas cylinder that actually works.2. The plastic casters are not a very good quality and with a chair like this, they should provide a higher quality caster that can roll on any surface, without leaving marks.

Good chair, one arm was cracked but it’s barely noticeable once put together. Comfortable and classy.

La silla tiene excelentes acabados, muy bonito diseño y además esta cómoda. Muy muy fácil de armar. Lamentablemente una parte llegó rota (los de paquetería), pero la pude reparar muy fácilmente y quedó perfecta.

Hallo!Ich wollte was zu dem angebotenen Schreibtischstuhl schreiben.Der Stuhl ließ sich für mich als Handwerker relativ schnell zusammenbauen.Auch als nicht Handwerker sollte das gut zu schaffen sein.Optisch gefällter er mir sehr gut, er passt vom Stiel her sehr gut in mein Office.Er hat so ein bisschen was von Wild West. Deswegen habe ich ihn auch ausgesucht.Je nach Fußbodenbelag könnte man höchstens die Rollen etwas verbessern.Sie sind aber dem Stuhlpreis entsprechend und könnten zu Not auch problemlos durch Schreibtisch Stuhlrollen von Amazon ersetzt werden. Wenn man denn mit dem Stuhl auch „Bürorennen“ fahren will. 😉Die Lieferung war relativ zügig da. 5 Tage.Am Verpackungsmaterial könnte man vielleicht etwas rummäkeln. Teilweise Styropor, das Krümelt. Aber das ist schon alles.Nun bin ich in den nächsten Wochen gespannt wie haltbar der Stuhl ist. Wenn er oder irgendwelche Schraubverbindungen brechen, werde ich das Berichten.Versprochen!Ich muss sagen, dass mich die teilweise schlechte Kritik etwas abgeschreckt hat.Was ich aber bisher nicht bestätigen kann.Gruß aus KielStond
