I got this cabinet to fit into a wall that was already damaged and the size ended up being absolutely perfect. I know that’s an usual situation, but for anyone else and general use, if you have or can make a place for this, the build quality is pretty good and it looks nice. It’s not top of the line and it’s just a bit shallow, but overall we like it.

It is misleading that this ad calls this a medicine cabinet. âCabinetâ implies that this has a door, which it does not. It is a set of recessed wall shelves. That said, they are decent quality shelves. Itâs nice that they come fully assembled and are made of wood. You canât adjust the height of the shelves. This is not an easy install. You need to be able to create the rough cut opening in the wall, level and install the cabinet and possibly repair drywall as well. You should only get these shelves if you are skilled in these areas. You canât surface mount this set of shelves. That said, they are a nice set of shelves if you have the time and skill to put them up. The price range is also a bit high for shelves as opposed to a medicine cabinet that includes a door.

If you need a little extra storage space in any room but donât want a shelf jutting out, this recessed medicine cabinet will do the trick. It does require you to cut into the drywall if youâre adding it to a space that didnât previously have one. I donât think this will work in a shower, but next to the mirror, or on a side wall works perfect. It is made of wood, so it has some limitations. Metal is best for anywhere that may deal with humidity and moisture.

I’m using this recessed medicine cabinet for my own personal use, in my main bathroom of my home. I like the build quality of the medicine cabibut, it seems to be durable quality, ensuring me that it will last years to come. I did have to hire a contractor to install. I do wish the medicine would have come with a door. I also wish that the medicine cabinet came in different colors. I do feel the price was a little high for the product received. I would recommend for it construction design and durability.
