     plush comfort, sturdy base, elegant look. Has a handle for height and tilt. Great chair for carpet, love the wheels. The installation hand tool was upgraded, made for Easy Assembly. Great for me because I have long nails. Took about 15minutes. Everything labeled perfectly. I do have screws left over, not sure what they are for.

    I bought this chair Mar. 2023, the chair looks very elegant , but it’s really not practical as office chair.It is little slippery when you sit on it. I usually don’t write a review if the product can work OK, but this one I really can’t bear any more after one year use.Hope I return it at the first days !

     The chair is comfortable and easy to assemble but the wheels are scrapping against the plastic right after assembly. They make a loud scraping sound when moving side to side regardless if I am sitting on it or not.Will update review if seller is able to rectify.
