Wow ,it’s not often that a company stands behind their products but let me tell you this one does. I received a phone call from the company that I bought my couch from and they 100% work with the customer to make them happy. They offered me a full refund or a couple of other options, I have the couch for serval days now it’s all assembled etc,so it’s kind of growing on me like I said I love the design and the fabric good quality fabric,I was questioning the durability of the slats…they assured me that they can withstand up to 500 pounds so this put my mind at ease. They also offered me alittle but if money back with taxes as well again this shows us the customer that they are not all just about the money…they understand that times are tough for everyone. I’m proud of this company and truly recommend anyone shopping with them with ease and confidence, thank you.And as for my original problem with the couch being low at thae back this is how I solved it,sorry I’m having issues with my phone it’s not sending pictures, I bought a behind the sofa table so the focus is drawn up to the table looks really sharp thanks amazon, my heat rads are low but I found a table that fits under the rad.

A gorgeous sofa that instantly elevates your living or lounge area and has a high-quality fabric and a decent overall structure.In terms of comfort, it wouldâve been better if they increased the height of the backrest, maybe around 6â, to support the upper back or neck area somehow since it would be mainly for lounging while watching TV and resting. It is more suitable to be pushed back towards a wall so that you may lean your head while sitting.Seat cushions are decent and firm enough to support the weight of whoever is sitting. Sofa legs are sturdy, but it would be nice to have a middle support to not sag in the long run.Overall, we loved the sofa because of its aesthetics and quality. Hopefully, the designer would create a different variant with a similar look but with a higher backrest design.Thank you!

Terrible
I wasted money buying this sofa. I even bought two, thinking it was beautiful and good ,following the reviews, but unfortunately it was fake. One week after purchase the right arm collapsed, and the other one collapsed the 2nd week. I’m so sad that I wasted time and money waiting for this fake sofa . I don’t advise any one to make this mistake. I can’t even dash it out, it’s so bad!

Donât fall for this.. !!
First of all, the sofa looks stunning and installation is pretty easy. But trust me this is made up of local quality press wood. The sofa collapsed after 4 months of use. While installing this we knew this doesnât have any strength and hence we handled it very carefully. One day all of a sudden the left arm broke. We called a carpenter and he opened the entire thing up and showed how this is made. Pics attached. Such a waste of money..

Excellent customer service
This couch didn’t work for me (it was a bit too firm for my taste) but working with the company for a return was so easy- the customer service was outstanding. I would have no problems buying another product from them in the future.The couch itself was pretty, looks identical to the ad and was very straightforward to assemble (I did it myself in about 45 minutes – I suggest lying the back support flat on the ground to attach the arm rests.)
