First day using it and it’s already broken
I got this on Friday. I put it together no issue, but today is my first day going to use it and in the first 30 minutes, the adjustable height malfunctions. It lowers me all the way to the lowest setting and doesn’t stay up when I bring it back up, it immediately lowers again. I am almost a full 100 pounds lighter than the weight limit, so it should not malfunction so easily

Can’t really rate it for cmfort and such as it was bought for a Christmas gift. Can let you know after Christmas if they like it or not. It certainly looks good and feels as though it would be comfortable.

Better products available for lesser price
Easy to assemble, included all parts and instructions.However, the product is not Ergonomic as claimed in the product description, has a straight back instead of curved which most Ergonomic chairs do.Also, the armrests and back are flimsy, not be very durable, already making noise when in use.Similar products are available for less than $100 on Amazon, renders this one very overpriced.Overall, comparatively not great value for money, considering the price and features.

Absolutely great chair for the price easy to assemthe only downside is the arm Material is rubbing off a bit from my son’s lighting in-and-out of the desk But That the only bad thing I have to say about it

Cheap price but not comfortable
I ordered it without viewing the review and I was so regret. I had not much expectation on it after review, overall the price is good, no damage on arrival like others. However, it it totally NOT COMFORTABLE! The seat pad looks thick but actually doesnât hold, just down to the bottom like nothing. The seat back is a joke, it pretends with some foam inside ( I guess it should be anyhow) but the feeling is just like laying on a hard panel. The neck cushion and back cushion help little bit but very least. And the neck cushion fall a little but without ability to tighten it, I need to make a cross to make it at correct position.I normally donât give review after purchase but I do this time. Fairly said for this quality I think the price should be less than CAD 100, otherwise please either pay more for higher quality, or just get something cheaper not as it will not be worse.If you have limited budget, and also want a nice looking âgaming chairâ this could be the choice as long as it provide discount.

Will break!
The armrest screw broke and the hydraulic lift broke after only a few days. Save your money, donât buy this.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. He uses this on weekends quite a bit when heâs hanging out with friends and gaming. He seems to wipe the chair quite a bit but we have noticed that the arms on the chair are becoming loose and appeared to be nearly ready to fall off.Will be looking at providing another review in the next few months on this chair. But after less than six months of use, Iâm concerned that the quality is not what we had expected.Iâm guessing at this point, that we will simply need to remove the arms from the chair which should be easy to do and should solve the problem.

La silla es de buena calidad, el asiento tiene medidas exactas, y por lo mismo los laterales se hacen incomodos, además de que son de metal y no están acolchonados de manera adecuada lo cual a la larga es incomodo e incluso peligroso, si eres delgado quizás esta sea tu silla. Lo soportes son buenos.

Was fine for about 3 weeks, then the shock broke for no reason. The chair goes all the way down and stays, does not come back up. Too low for my son to use, worthless now!
