Very pleased the only problem was we didn’t realize it was the xl twin bed but that was our fault. It is a beautiful bed and very well made. I think if there had been actual instructions instead of just pictures t would have been more helpful. Granddaughter loves it. Excellent purchase.

The product is okay , itâs not bad , itâs not hard to assembled. But iâm not impress. The hole on some piece do not fit with the drawers rail so I had to drill new ones.

Its a good value for a twin xl bed. The storage is nice. It could be sturdier for sure. The rail above the drawers is a weak point.

I received this product a couple of days ago. During assembly I was Attaching part B2 to B3 and with a sudden shift the two parts broke apart.I noticed that part B2 cracks easily when attaching with a screw so Part B2 are not made of solid material at all. luckily amazon customer service agent were very efficient to solve the situation and I got a full refund on my purchase.I have included a pic to show what it looks like .

Satisfied with the bed
Satisfied with the bed. Assembly went well except for one fastener bolt which was stripped. Fortunately I had a similar bolt from another project which I adapted and used successfully. Without this there would have been a problem. Suggest that the manufacturer add a few extra bolts and screws at the cost of a few pennies. This could save some grief for others who might have the same experience.

First shipment came with the largest board broken into two pieces and the headboard and footboard were damaged where the foam packing leaked out of the plastic. They immediately shipped replacements which were fine. It is a long ways for packages this size and weight to travel, State of Washington to the State of Florida. Also, I had to tap out two of the swivel nuts, the 1/4-20 threads were damaged. Once assembled it looks great. You need some mechanical abilities to get the thing together because the instructions are vague. No problems at all with the quality relative to the price. Price was $25 less than the local big box store and I didn’t have to drive 22 miles to get it.

I’m giving this extra long twin bed an excellent rating for many reasons! It was super easy to put together, extremely sturdy and it was promptly shipped. I was very impressed with how this item was packed very tightly and secure. The bed is extremely sturdy and well built. I was pleasantly surprised by its sturdiness and how well it all fit together once it was completed. Just really an all around great deal in price and quality. I also bought the matching end table and chest drawers and am just as pleased. By the way, no need for box spring mattress or bunky board for the bed. The six slats provided are strong enough to hold a memory foam without any sinking.Great buy! Great deal!

Much like other reviews here, the assembled bed is quite nice, but a bit “flimsy”. I get the feeling I wouldn’t want to move it very many times least the press board construction disintegrates! The wood slats left a lot to be desired in that they slide around in their fixture which looks to be designed to keep a slightly thicker board in place and not sliding around. The drawers are a very nice touch and look quite durable (their frames are the only solid “real” wood in the bed) and the races are very smooth. I added door stops or “bumpers” to them so they didn’t bang themselves up on the screw heads and also close more quietly (I had to adhere these to the exposed wood of the inside edge of the drawer front, the stops wouldn’t adhere to the finished/coated wood). The frame was easy to assemble. Love the color. Sleeping on the bed is quite stable feeling as well, so no complaints there.

Easy to assemble. I built two of these by myself in an afternoon. Would be helpful to have two people on the final step when you attach the footboard in place because the slats have to line up just so. Took me about three tries on each bed to get the slats lined up by myself, so its definitely possible – just would be easier with two. The beds are beautiful, sturdy, drawers slide easily once you square the bed up. I just love them!

I ordered this bed along with the separate matching headboard for my first apartment at college last August. After having all of these pesky Twin XL sheets, bedding, mattress pad, memory foam pad, etc. I didn’t want to buy a completely new bed and have to get all that aforementioned stuff in a different size as well. Considering I was going to be using this for my next 3 years, I wanted something that could last in a college kid guy environment with 2 other suite mates. This wasn’t too much on the expensive side, but it also wasn’t super cheap, but, if I needed it to last, why skimp?When this got delivered to my apartment, it came in several different packages that were all VERY large. Obviously you can’t just order a bed and hope it comes completely assembled. I’ll admit, it was a bit of a pain to assemble it all, considering it came as just all these pieces of wood, nails, washers, etc. Thankfully there were no pieces missing and even one or two extra screws and other small hardware. It only took me about 2-3 hours to completely assemble everything, including the headboard. I did need to get one of my roommates to help me stand some of the pieces of wood up to screw them in, and also to lay the pieces of plywood (that the bed lays on) into the metal runners (which took about 5 minutes because the plywood is so bendy and likes to come out of the runners if bumped).It is an incredible bed set and so far it has lasted one school year. Now for 3 more summers and 2 more school years. It is wood, so it can scratch easily but going to a mattress/furniture store, or even a hardware store and getting a wood marker to color in scratches saves face and keeps it aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend this set to any age. You definitely get your money’s worth!
