For a chair that holds 4-500lbs, I thought that it would be bigger.Itâs a very solid, well designed chair.Iâm 350lbs at 6â4.Although it Does easily hold my weight and is comfortable, itâs smaller and narrower than I thought.A shorter person than myself that weighs more than 350lbs would probably be wider in the hips and would be a tighter fit horizontally.All and All, Iâm happy with my purchase but the chair should be made bigger as a whole.

I haven’t tried the massage features yet, and only issue I have is my personal issue of the edge of the seat is a little bit annoying on the back of my thighs, but I use a thin seat cushion for that issue. I really like the rocking feature though!

The seat has two hard parts on each side that hurts. The cushion is not thick enough. There is the part at the bottom that you push to pull the chair higher but that part is in the way of the metal parts of the feet cushion and it gets stuck.
