Works great!
Using this with a 98â IKEA counter top for a desk. Motors handle that weight without issue and the legs go wide enough to support that span. Install was easy following the instructions.Super pleased with these legs.

Love this desk
After 4 months, I absolutely love this desk. Very sturdy, sure it shakes a little if you try hard, but its nothing that you’ll notice when focusing on work. If it shakes, you need to stop typing with sledge hammers lol. I have dual monitors, a very heavy PC, a small UPS, and speakers, and it lifts it all no problem.I love having the height presets so I can just press a button and it moves to the perfect height automatically. By the time I’ve moved my chair and mat, it’s already done lifting or lowering, nice and fast. Can’t be beat for the price.

Solid Frame and Reliable
Mounted the vivo 63×32 DESK-TOP1B desktop and the installation was pretty with minimal issues. The motors has been reliable, and can carry quite the weight. The control panel is intuitive and reliable. The Cable Management Rack is pretty small so you will likely need a second rack for all your wires. When the desk is all the way up for standing it is pretty solid with minimal movement. The motors do have some sound and vibration but its whatever.Would strongly recommend.

Great product; I wish the control’s were more convenient to use.
I love everything about this product except for the controls. The touch pad goes dormant after a few minutes, and trying to wake it back up seems to take 5-10 seconds trying o find the sweet spot where to hold your finder. Then, once the control pad is awake, you need to hold your finger on a specific touch sensitive letter, and this take another few seconds.Aside from that, I have x3 wide screen monitors on it, and I bought the PC tower hanger too. All weights combined are no issue.I had a table top from another desk that I had which I really loved, and buying the base only was a perfect options for me.

Nice Desk.
Well built and quiet operation. Contrary to what other reviews may say, the touch panel to operate the desk is great and works perfectly, once you read the instructions and understand that you need to unlock the display by pressing “M” buttom for 3 seconds after it went to sleep. Very happy with it.

Really cool if you already have a desk you like and don’t want to throw it away
I wanted to get a stand up desk but I could not find a small one. My place is not big and I did not want a desk that takes half of the living room. So instead of replacing my old desk that was the right size, I just upgraded it with this. I made sure the measurements were correct.putting it together was rather easy, took me under an hour, taking the old desk apart and assembling the new one. The instructions say you need to drill holes into the desk board before inserting the screws but to be honest, if it’s made of wood like mine, it’s not necessary, you can screw them directly.

Stoped working after 1 year
It started to not be able to go up or down but it did go down then stopped and went up again then stopped. I called the reaper services at VIVO and they told me it was because the level must have been off. So I doubled checked the level, did all there instructions, worked for a few time then it just stopped all together no power to the remote and the power module have a faint hight pitch sound. I do have two VIVVO’s so I tried the remote on the other system and the remote was working fine. So noe I’m stock with one ajustable system that isn’t even at the right hight to be usable. Very disappointed. On the picture the wheels are just to move the table.

Excellent Purchase
Built a custom walnut slab and attached to the mechanism. It has been great! The only learning curve was getting used to the electronic control. You need to read careful how to wake the unit up from power saver mode. Once you know that it is a fantastic mechanism. Assembly was easy and the unit is well built and sturdy. Very happy with the purchase

Very well packed, instruction is straightforward, quality is superb. I bought another vivo frame 3 years ago, I have removed and moved it around several times, still works great. Buying the new one for the lower height.

Sturdy is not a good descriptor. Tank is more like it . This desk it super sturdy and feels like maybe these components came from something military they are so well made and heavy. Yes this is a heavy thing but you want it to be. I have upon mine a 44 lb computer . A who knows how heavy 50 inch display. A very heavy UPS .A PS4 and a stack of books.( I knew all the weights as I constructed my layout and have not exceeded rated capacity, I just can not remember as I write this ) When I raise this desk to stand and work it does not hesitate to lift at all. Very smooth and precise controls . When I received the desk and assembled it , installed the top , installed the VIVO casters I purchased separately ( I highly recommend this by the way) Plugged it in and was so excited for the first lift and I had an error message. Worked the included trouble shooting guide to no avail so called customer service. What a delight , the folks at VIVO were all over it , we did some additional diagnostic , they determined a new lifting pillar was in order and sent me one overnight. It worked right away, was easy to swap out as I had just assembled the desk and of course it was fresh in my mind. VIVO is a solid company with solid products and most importantly Premium customer service . Purchase with confidence .

I like to live with a product for a while before I review it, especially things that are a bit more complex. I’ve had this set of legs built into a desk for several months now, and I love them. I was impressed at the build quality, and I am really very picky about such things. Everything was solid, heavy-gauge metal, with quality joints. Despite what a few reviewers here said, I had no problem with screws aligning with their holes. I even took apart the motor compartments to check the innards, and they are rather robust with a good quality grease. The electronics box is also well-made and safely designed. I ended up making a table top out of three of the cheapest pine 1×8 boards from Home Depot, biscuit-joined at the edges, routed to break the corners, aged with an iron acetate solution, and varnished. For what I considered to be a quick and temporary top, it turned out gorgeous! But enough about the wood, how about the legs?Well, they are fantastic. The control panel is a bit un-intuitive, so read the manual. It’s not hard, just non-obvious. The panel itself is made of plastic, and possibly at risk of breaking if you crank the screws down hard or ram into it with a chair arm, so mount it carefully. I put a couple thin rubber pads between the plastic and the desktop to give it a little resiliency. Also, I did not use the rubber pads between the leg unit and the desk surface. I think there should be a few more of them, and in the end I couldn’t figure out a good reason to bother with em, so I screwed it directly to the legs. I’ve had no problems at all with it. Perhaps they are meant to reduce conducted sound and make the thing quieter? It’s not loud, anyhow.Be sure the area is clear when you raise and lower the desk, so it doesn’t crash into something. Also note, that the control box has a bit of a magnetic field to it, probably from the transformers inside. I only noticed this when having a quadcopter drone on the desk, and it would throw compass magnetic interference errors. It causes no problems otherwise. There have been two occasions where the control panel locked up, and necessitated me unplugging and reconnecting the power to the desk. I don’t fault the desk for this, as sometimes electronics just get jinky, and it’s been rare and easily cured.I can heartily recommend these legs, and I wish I had done this sooner! All future work surfaces and desks in my life will be height-adjustable – it is so amazingly convenient!

This arrived on time, although the package was opened, i think the retaining straps broke in transit. The package was heavy, you need 2 people to move it. I found it fairly easy to put together, although I couldn’t figure out how to install the “holding bracket” or the cover plate, so I just used zip ties to keep the controller in place under the desk, no problem!A quick trip to the lumber yard and $10 later, I had a nice piece of birch plywood for the top which was cut to fit perfectly, I am using the smallest width, so my table top was 39.5″ x 24″. Be sure to read the instructions for the control panel thoroughly, I thought I had a faulty control panel, because, well, RTFM! The motor is quiet and desk looks great. A great deal that’s going to save me from some serious lower back pain – no more sitting all day when I work from home. I recommend this!Update May 9 2018:The desk has been working with no issues and I love it. Recently, perhaps the last few weeks, the desk would not return the the lowest possible height, so it was too tall for me. I read the manual and tried everything. I finally called customer support, and within about 15 min I got an email from a tech asking me to 1)unplug 2)plug back in 3) press and hold “down arrow” for at least 15 seconds. This fixed it! Yay!

These legs are amazing! I bought these wanting a sit/stand desk for so long. I only wanted to legs because I was going to put my own counter top on it. I needed something that would hold alot of weight (I tend to lean on it when standing), be sturdy, and affordable. Compared to alot of other desk legs I looked at, they either didn’t hold alot of weight, or where very expensive. This hit the perfect middle ground. It defiantly holds the weight, after assembling and attaching counter top, I sat on top to see if I could lift me and it did well, with very little struggle (I weigh about 200lbs). It can reach very low if you are shorter, and very high even for people 6ft and taller (My brother-in-law is 6′ 7″ and was comfortable while standing). I think this is perfect for the money to me.
