East to Assemble and Use. Very Sturdy
I was looking to get an electric stand up desk and then saw these desktop options and decided to try this one. I was worried about how stable it would feel, but after using it for about a month now, I have no concerns about that at all. I find this unit to be well constructed and the base/legs that it sits on is large enough so it still feels solid when fully raised.This unit was easy to assemble by myself and is easy to raise and lower. I am 6′ tall and this unit gets to a height that is comfortable for me to work at when standing. I ordered the 32″ version and it can accommodate my laptop and 21″ monitor. It could probably handle a slightly larger monitor. The keyboard tray has plenty of room for a full keyboard and mouse.The 32″ version is definitely 32″ wide. I was having some difficulty trying to find the real depth of the unit. The desk I am using is 23.5″ deep. This 32″ unit is actually a bit deeper than that at 24″, but the base that sits on the desk is only 16″ so it sits solidly on my desk and the keyboard tray just overhangs a little bit.If you already have a solid desk and want a stand up desk, then I would highly recommend this unit. It is much more affordable than an electric stand up desk.

Very easy to assemble. Instructions are easy to follow. Quick delivery. Iâve got 2 22inches it fits them perfectly enough space for the laptop.as well. Easy to lift up into standing position. Compared to other desk converters this is quite sturdy. No comlplaints

Easily lifts my 40″ monitor- inexpensive solution
Like many people around the world I am suddenly working from home full time due to the pandemic and I found I was getting back pain and stiffness from sitting for too long. I already had a nice desk that I did not want to replace, and wanted an inexpensive solution. The standing desk converter arrived very quickly, and took me less than 15 minutes to install (you only have to fix the keyboard tray with 4 screws). Important tip- don’t listen to the instructions- put the rubber feet on the bottom of the converter first, before you stand it, or the scissor raising part will gouge your desk when you raise it up- the rubber feet lift it up so that your desk does not get gouged. I could not put the desk as far back as I would have liked as I have a hole from which my cables pass on the top of the desk near the back, so if I were to install this again, I would place the foam pads underneath the keyboard tray after I have tried the desk. I needed the tray sticking out 3″ from my desk so had to move the foam support pads out (no problem, they just unglued and I stuck them further back so the keyboard would be supported in the lower position). I am 5’8 1/2″ and the 32″ standing desk converter gets high enough for me, and the keyboard tray is always at a nice height when standing. When sitting I am still using my old pull out tray as I find the installed tray too high (sits one inch above my old desk) however this works very well. My LED monitor is 40″ in size, and the converter lifts it easily, with minimal pressure from my fingers. It easily moves straight up and down and is very stable in all positions. There is only one pinch style lever on the right side of the converter so this may be a consideration for some. Putting the converter down is just as easy and takes minimal pressure. I did have to get a few things to make my workstation work ok- I bought USB extensions for my keyboard and videocamera, and a longer HDMI cable for my monitor (my mouse was already cordless). It would be better if I had a cordless keyboard- as it is I move the keyboard from one tray to the other which is no trouble and keeps my wrists in a neutral position. When I bought it, I didn’t think I cared about the “device accessory slot”, but it is really handy for holding a phone or tablet. After a week of using it I have less back pain, and enjoy the flexibility it provides my workstation. I highly recommend this desk converter and plan on buying a second one for my “real office” when I go back to work.

Easy to setup, sturdy, quick to lift/lower
Assembly was easy but took a little while because the screw placements are a little awkward. I use mine with a 2-arm monitor mount that has a bolt which passes through the hole in the top of the desk and it attached nice and securely. They also throw in a couple sticky clips that can help with cable management by pulling your keyboard/mouse cords up and out of the way of the moving parts.Raising and lowering the desk is easy, and it locks nicely in place. It’s not so sturdy that you can lean you’re whole body on it, but resting your arms on it a bit isn’t an issue.My only complaint (and it’s so minor) is that the shape of the lower platform forces you to have your keyboard in the centre and mouse off to the side since there’s no front-back space to move a mouse in the middle where the platform is curved. That means if you’re like me and want to stand off to the left of the desk a bit with a right-side monitor angled in toward you from the side, you can’t really. But that’s not a big deal.Really can’t beat this for the price.

Easy to use
After a few years of use I can say this standing desk converter is very high quality. It’s very easy to lift and lower with the handle and holds both my monitors fairly well. Unlike other reviewers I’ve found my unit to be very stable, perhaps due to the weight of my monitors.The size fits two monitors side by side as well as my keyboard and mouse on the lower shelf. It’s adjustable to any height in-between the top and bottom so it’s useful for someone tall like myself or someone shorter as well.The installation was quick and easy – just a few screws on the bottom shelf.I would strongly recommend this item, and have recommended it to coworkers.
