Great size! Very happy with my purchase
I’ve been using the 42″ desk for a few days now and I am quite happy with it. I have a horizontal 32″ monitor and a vertical 24″ monitor mounted beside. This set up takes up the entire width of the desk but I was expecting it to. I paid extra for expedited shipping on top of my prime but that was a waste.. it turned up later then when prime said it would have.. with my monitors it is a little heavy to lift as you have to hold the height while you let go of the levers which sounds simple but is a little tricky – it usually drops a little in the process. However once it’s at the set height, it is extremely sturdy. It came completely assembled, all I had to do was cut the plastic holding the keyboard tray (The tray itself is large enough for my Mac keyboard & mouse, however it is probably too small for an ergonomic keyboard + mouse). I can lean on it with my elbows while browsing something on my phone and the unit doesn’t budge, seems to be very well made and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a standup desk.

Just got set up, looking good so far!
I just received this riser this evening, and setup was a breeze! I literally lifted it out of the box and onto my desk and it was ready to go.Iâll report back and update this review once Iâve been using it for some time, but so far Iâm very pleased.I have a fully motorized sit/stand desk at my office, but I needed something with more shelves and drawers at home so I opted for a conventional sitting desk. I got that set up this past weekend and quickly started my search for a riser to complete the setup.I actually like the manual lift just fine, and it appears to be nice and sturdy. Itâs not awkward or heavy to raise or lower at all. I can set the height any level I want, and at 6â tall the highest setting would be my upper limit for comfort. The lowest setting is actually a little higher off my desk than Iâd like, but I think thatâs simply unavoidable. Honestly, itâs probably only a tad too high because my chair is broken and I canât adjust it up even a little bit. I think with a functioning chair the height would be perfect. All things considered, my first impressions are that I would highly recommend this riser!

Well design and functioning
First of all, the package arrived fast, much earlier than the estimate time.Box was designed to protect the converter very well, so it came in good condition even it’s big and heavy. The available width of my desk is 47 inches, so I looked for a standing desk converter not too small that might waste much working desk space. This 46 inch converter is exactly what I need just like tailor made. This is a good quality converter and well made. The teak wood grain looks good with my oak desk. The surface feels smooth in touch and not easy to have figure print. Very easy to clean.Lot of desk top space for a 32″ and 27″ monitor, and some documents/notebookKeyboard tray is big enough for a ergonomic wireless keyboard and a track ball. It locks slightly when fully extended so it’s not easy to slide back when typing. At lowest position on my desk, it’s like a monitor riser. Although there are gas pistons to assist, you may need to apply some forces depending to lift it to a standing desk height, depending on the total weight of stuff you put on it.People should know the maximum weight capacity of this unit – 45 lbs. I put a 32″ and a 27″ monitor, a pair of computer speakers, a keyboard and a track ball mouse. The total weight is almost reach the maximum load capacity. I guess when I type, the weight of my hands apply might exceed the limit.Since the weight of monitor stand might be heavy for safe and stability, at least it is heavy for my Dell monitor. People plan to use 2 big monitors or 3 monitors may consider the total weight or order the Recelco monitor mount or the gas pistons might be damaged by over loaded.

Works well
I got this specifically because it came pre-packaged with the 3-monitor stand. I considered others, but their stated weight capacity seemed a bit light. I’m not sure what the specific weight capacity for this unit is, but at least I know it supports 3 monitors. The keyboard tray supposedly supports a laptop…but not really (unless you have a really tiny laptop, it doesn’t come out far enough to tilt you’re screen open at a reasonable angle). Either way – support for up to three monitors and a laptop is what I was looking for needed. If you do fully load it up like I have, it may be hitting the limit for the springs. With a light load, it’s fairly effortless to raise it up, but with all of my equipment on it, I have to put some effort to raise it up. That doesn’t bother me too much, though it puts my back at a slightly that doesn’t feel good.

I love this product! Iâm working from home a lot these days, and I need my space to be ergonomic but still look nice. The 46â size fits perfectly over my computer desk, and I am able to fit my two monitors and the CPU on top of it. Itâs heavy to move up and down, but I like it, itâs very sturdy and I highly recommend it.

Desk was easy to assemble. I would recommend it but it isn’t 5 star because it is a little bit lop sided… probably because of the shipping. I do like it for the size and ease of use. The 3 monitor stand is nice but it too is a little uneven. My left screen is lower than the center but more annoyingly the right screen… I may have returned if it wasn’t going to be a huge pain to get this giant box to a Kohls store

Having a lot of back pain sitting all day. Had been considering buying this a while back and finally pulled the trigger. Very easy to lift up and down. I have two large monitors on this and works really well! Very happy!!!

It does what it was designed for….however I was a little disappointed in the craftsmanship. Here are a few things that could have been done better:1. The keyboard shelf. When pulled out to use, the right side “locks in place”, like it should, however the left side does not, so it is wobbly.2. Also, the size of the keyboard tray is small, just big enough to hold a full size business keyboard, little additional space for a mouse.3. The monitor stand looks impressive, but is very sensitive. That is, I have to frequently re-tighten the bolts to keep the screens in the correct positions. I’ve learned that as long as you don’t touch or shake the desk, they stay pretty much in position.I do appreciate the size of the desktop along with how easy it is to raise and lower to any position. Now, perhaps my issues are “one off” and others don’t experience the same problems, I hope that’s the case.
